So, I saw this picture for 358/2 Days:

 

 

And it got me thinking: underneath Roxas' cloak are his clothes that he wears in Twilight Town

in the first part of KH2. And under Riku's and Mickey's cloaks are the clothes they wear for the rest of the game.

 

So, does that mean that every member of Org. XIII is wearing a different set of clothes under their cloaks,

or is it just something for Roxas, Riku and Mickey? And is there any fanart demonstrating my idea?

I don't think they wear anyhting, really....

In my option I think the other members don't because I think you would've seen their regualr somebodies close. But when you look at them in real life their all wearing black pants. Their somebodies weren't all wearing black pants so I think they are wearing different clothing. Roxas doesn't know who he wants to be so he's shown wearing his Twilight clothes and Riku and Mickey are somebodies.

Anyway, that picture is symbolic. It shows that the Organization (represented by the cloak) is being removed from Roxas and thrown away... and underneath Roxas is wearing his new clothes representing his new life outside the Organization.

As for Riku and Mickey... no idea.

I can say... I highly doubt that any of them wear full outfits underneath. Pants, yes. Shirts... probably not since we can see the lower necks / part of the chests of most characters and they appear to have no shirt (if they do then it's a very low-cut shirt... definitely not the kind that Roxas wears in his Twilight Town clothes). And have you ever worn one of those cloaks before? They're extremely hot!

I always figured they wore nothing underneath.

I mean...wow, that sounds wrong, but in the KH2 manga, after Roxas was done beating up Axel and all, Axel looked at his coat and noted he needed to get a new one because it was all shredded up, and underneath I assumed it was his skin showing.

So I automatically assume that all other members wear the same thing (Except maybe Larxene and..maybe Xion wear bras or something underneath)

And obviously they all wear pants...

 

And I thought Roxas got his new clothes from DiZ after Riku captured him...

 

Nopz, when Roxas is created and Xemnas go to get him and give him his new name, his already with his new clothes.

For the most part, I think they're at least shirtless.

I always considered the cloaks a partial mirage. We've seen Riku and Mickey rip the cloaks off... but we didn't see them take their pants and their shoes off... The actual cloak is a real tangible article of clothinf. The pants are an illusion. The cloak more or less adheres itself to the wearer... you put it on, and suddenly you have the whole ensemble. It fits itself to your body shape, it creates the pants so you match, (the cloaks are apparently slaves for aesthetic and color coordination), and when it's taken off, whatever you were wearing beneath beforehand just comes back. Sort of black suit spidey/symbiote-y.

 

the pants are an illusion. That's a sentiment the fangirls should enjoy.
