Im an imsomniac or however you spell it. Were you cant sleep. Well ive had it forever C: well as long as i can remember at least. My mom wants to take me to the doctor to get some medicine and all. I really dont want anything like that because i dont know how drowsy that stuff will make me and all. So whats a good way to deal with insomnia?

Ive tried everything but medicine. But i find myself sleeping for an hour or less a day. I really dont want to take medicine..

Think about nothing before you go to sleep. Or try to listen to relaxing music. If worst, then take medication.

just try the medicine .. i use to be the same way, you can always stop if it wears you down .. theres nothing wrong with being medicated.

Medicine. If you don't get enough sleep, it can wear down your health and in some cases I've heard it result in death :/ Yes you can die from lack of sleep

One of the possible side effects of a continued lack of sleep is death. Usually this is the result of the fact that the immune system is weakened without sleep. The number of white blood cells within the body decreases, as does the activity of the remaining white blood cells. The body also decreases the amount of growth hormone produced ( The ability of the body to metabolize sugar declines, turning sugar into fat. One study stated that people who sleep less than four hours per night are three times more likely to die within the next six years (11).

Those whose nightly sleep fell from seven hours to five hours or less were 1.7 times as likely to die (compared with those who stayed at seven hours) over the next 11 to 17 years. Their risk of cardiovascular-related death was double.
