In general though, most of the biblical references in the song are still kind of insulting, whether she intended them to be or not. That's just how I see it, imo. I know most do, but NONE of them should. That's why artists like Superchic[k] are awesome. Just because everyone else sings about and implies partying and sex doesn't mean you have to. Whether everyone else does it or not, it's still very inappropriate. I just meant I didn't like the song Born This Way in general, not nessecarily the lyrics. I don't know, I just really didn't like how it sounded. I wasn't insulting the message there. That's one of the only songs I approve of by her. It's just that I don't like how it sounds.

 

the thing, not everyone is very religious or believes in God so not everyone sees it as insulting, it's a matter of perception. You can't please everyone anyways. If you were insulted, then it's really your problem not Lady Gaga's problem or anyone else's if that makes any sense? People like different types of music and singing about sex and partying isn't wrong or inappropriate imo, at least to some people it isn't. And just because they don't have to doesn't mean they aren't because not all music is going to be deep and serious, some people like to have fun and jump and dance, not listen to some song about the deep meaning life all the time. In the end it's a matter of what you like and what you enjoy and just because someone finds something insulting or inappropriate doesn't mean it's that way for everyone.
