Plot: The Discord and Harmony fight a never ending war. Each god chooses warriors from various worlds and universes to represent them and fight a never ending battle. Chaos, the God of Discord, selects his fighters from the strongest of all; power and greed are his warriors’ most common traits. Yet the Goddess of Harmony, Cosmos, chooses only those of strong heart. Her warriors may have lost the most battles, but with enough dedication, they may yet prevail. This battle is an undocumented battle, where the winner is so far undetermined. The story picks up after each side has had their meeting, and the warriors, the pawns, all set out to fight for their deity… as if they had any choice.

 

For those who don’t know Dissidia, it’s a mixture of all the main Final Fantasy heroes and villains duking it out against one and other. In this RP, you can control any Final Fantasy OR Kingdom Hearts Character. Your character must be assigned a side, Cosmos (Good) or Chaos (Evil). The gods wipe the memories of their warriors when they lose, but since it is unsure who won the last war, feel free to play with your character’s memory (such as if I were using Fang from FFXIII, she could be bad and only remember her hatred of Pulse, while if I were Kairi from KH, I could have her remember everything).

 

Be creative with your characters; inter-universe cooperation is greatly encouraged. If you see Aqua traveling alone and have always dreamed of Zidane hitting on her, go for it! Also feel free to have villains interact with each other… Who doesn’t think that a Vanitas and Sephiroth alliance would be great? Likewise, if Kefka feels compelled to attack Mickey, then why not?

 

To prove you’ve been reading the whole thing, post a little message to me between ** (e.g. *Great idea* or *Nice Haircut!*).

 

Oh, and there’s one catch… YOU CAN KILL EACH OTHER… But under only 1 specific circumstance.

At the end of every page, starting after #3, THE PERSON WITH A POST ON THE TOP OF THE NEXT PAGE WILL HAVE THEIR CHARACTER DEFEATED BY THE NEXT POST. So if (making up usernames here) Soralover4 controls Rikku and he posts on Page #3, and then Larxenelols (who controls Larxene) posts and winds up on Page #4, Soralover4’s next post will kill Larxene. Or I could post before her and have my Tonberry stab Larxene in the back.

 

Just like in a real war, there is no telling when anybody is going to die, so it’ll keep everyone on their toes. And if you control a warrior of Cosmos (say… Tidus) and another warrior of Cosmos was supposed to die (say… Namine), then make it an accident or a trap (have Namine walk into a mine or have Tidus miss with an attack and hit her.) And if they’re enemies, make it fun (who hasn’t had a dream of Sephiroth killing Minnie Mouse?)!

 

Here are the ground rules:

1. No controlling anyone else’s characters (unless given permission). If it’s your turn to kill Xion, don’t make her sing a song and jump off a cliff if she’s not your character. Just stab her, or drop something on her.

2. No God-Modding. That means that Chaos and Cosmos cannot be killed. And your character cannot just own everyone else on the battlefield (unless it’s Hope Estheim )

3. Don’t kill out of turn! Only one post kills per page (after Pg #3)!

4. No profanities. Sorry, I just don’t do that.

5. Keep it rated T. Zidane can hit on Aqua, but the two of them can’t book a hotel room together.

 

Rules about characters:

• If you die, stay dead. You can have a last line, but that’s about it.
• When you die, feel free to make another character.
• Keep the teams balanced. I don’t want the whole Organization XIII running around killing all the moogles. Anyway, the more warriors on each side, the more likely that side is to die…
• You can control up to two characters. Refer to Rule #3 when choosing. Hypothetically, I could choose Caius Ballad and Goofy, while Soralover4 could choose Sora and Axel.
• To sign up, post a bio or two.
• If you die and want to make another character, just post a quick bio.
• Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy Characters only. I don’t want Orlando Bloom, Lord Voldemort, or Willy Wonka running around… not everybody knows them!

The most important rule is to have fun! If you have any questions, post them. Oh, and I've already dibbed Caius. The RP will start after we have some people on both sides. I'll update the second post with Alliances and Casualties throughout.

"Just go away Sephiroth! I'm beginning to think you never get tired." Yuffie said, drawing a few shurikens, then proceeding to throw them at Sephiroth.

"What is this, who gave it to you?" 'If you want to know more than we have to go see Cosmos." Roxas stood up, "Lets go then."

Basch stepped back from Sephiroth and to the side so that no one was on the other side of Sephiroth from him, keeping both eyes on the SOLDIER. He brought his hands together and a ball of energy built up in his hands. After the ball had grown, Basch split it in two, making two smaller spheres in each hand. He drew his hands apart and then clapped then together. A scything beam of energy shot from his hand and blasted Sephiroth.

"You are a fool to turn your back on other warriors." Basch chided.

He summoned a sword in his right hand and pointed it at Spehiroth.

"This princess is not without friends."

OOC: Lol, forgot about my own RP! Anyone want to join me?

 

~Noel~

Noel stood alone on a mountaintop.

"Hello! Does anybody hear me?" he cried.

Nothing. He had been alone ever since Caius' death. No sign of Kairi or Axel. How long had he been unconcious?

"HELLO!"

 

~Machina~

Machina washed his face in the sea. He looked at his reflection.

"I... don't want to hurt anybody," he said.

Suddenly his mask appeared over his face. A blue l'cie mark glowed from his chest. His eyes glowed blue. He rose up, and heard a voice in his head.

Machina, it is your Focus to destroy Cosmos' soldiers.

"Yes, Chaos," Machina said, and began walking forward.

"This princess can fight too! Why does everybody forget that!" Yuffie yelled, throwing five different shurikens at Sephiroth.

'Cloud and Roxas were making there way to the Order's Santuary, that is where Cosmos was, and where Roxas could learn aout the charm. He held it up so he could see it better, It was in the shape of a spiked wheel, it had red coloring on the inside. Roxas just couldnt figure out what was familiar about this charm.

Sephiroth stood before Basch. "I only turn my back on worthless ​warriors." Sephiroth smiled. "You would of been smart not to stand in my way... But if your asking for a fight, I will not decline."

Sephiroth vanished leaving the trio confused. Kairi turned to Basch. "Why do you stand in my way." Kairi said, in a deep voice that was unlike her own...

~Noel~

"Sephiroth!" Noel cried, but he disappeared. Noel ran up to Kairi and grabbed her by the shoulders.

"Kairi, are you okay?" he asked. "We all got separated after Caius was defeated. How have you been?"

 

~Machina~

Machina watched the party from a distance.

'I don't want to fight!' he thought.

But that is your focus.

Kairi was about to strike Basch when Noel grabbed her arms. "Let go of my you worthless scum!" Kairi shouted, pushing Noels arms away. Kairi pointed her Keyblade at Noel. "I will destroy you all!"

~Noel~

Noel backed away slowly.

"Kairi, listen, we're your friends!" he shouted. But Kairi didn't budge.

"You leave me no choice!" Noel said, and he drew his blades and lunged at Kairi.

 

~Machina~

Machina ran down to them. Something felt strange.

"No Noel, don't!" he shouted, pushing Noel out of Kairi's way.

Kairi jumped at Noel swinging her Keyblade. Yuffie and Basch joined in. Kairi and Noel were evenly matched but she couldn't defeat Yuffie and Basch at the same time...

(OOC: New Rule: If the second poster of an odd page fails to kill the first, then the second poster can be killed by the next poster. This will keep us on track a little more in case someone forgets.)

 

Unable to choose sides, Machina summoned his bolt rapier. Kairi lunged at him, but Machina threw up his hands in self-defense, dropping the sword. Suddenly, a burst of wind occured. Machina heard a whisper in his ear.

"Kill the girl, unleash the chaos," Sephiroth said. And time seemed to freeze as Sephiroth placed Machina's sword back in his hand.

"No!" Machina shouted, but it was too late. Kairi had thrown herself onto his blade. The sword pierced her heart.

Sephiroth chuckled and disappeared.

Kairi raised her hand, covered in blood, and rubbed Machina's cheek. She then fell.

Noel rushed forward and caught her.

"Kairi!" he cried, cradling her.

Kairi looked up at Noel...."Good-bye" Kairi said, before she closed her eyes and fell into a endless sleep.

Noel stood up and drew his swords. He faced Machina. Both boys were covered in Kairi's blood.

"You monster!" Noel said, running at Machina.

Machina summoned his two rapiers and thrust them at Noel

'I didn't mean for this to happen!' Machina screamed in his head, but his body acted differently. It fought back harder against Noel.

The boys pushed on each other's swords.

"Just DIE!" Noel shouted, and his swords transformed into a javelin and began glowing golden.

Knowing that he was outmatched, Machina teleported away.

"No!" Noel screamed, and in anguish hurled his javelin at a large boulder, shattering it with an explosion.

"No," he said softly, falling to his knees. "I've failed her. I couldn't protect her or... who couldn't I protect in my own world?" he wondered.

Noel stood up and looked at Bathlier and Yuffie.

"So, you guys with Cosmos?"

"Yeah, why else would we have helped you against her." Yuffie said. "I'm going to assume you are too. I guess I'll be leading the way." Yuffie ran off in a random direction.
