Hunh. I used to play PC games I had bought physical copies of that way when I was bored, or wanted to show off my skills. Glad everyone will soon be able to enjoy it too xD

Why would they do that after like making steam usable for a tv? D:

To appeal to console gamers and get money. And plus, Sony is losing money sadly, even though the ps3 is doing great. They might go out of business at one point, idk :/

Yeah, but their stockmarket is falling apart and it has been for 5 years. Read it up, and it can support itself now, but they're a bit unstable...

Honestly I'd like to see Microsoft or Nintendo buy them xD That would be quite a laugh. Especially if it was Nintendo.

Yeah, lol, but i'd be a bit sad. So many memories on the ps2, just gamin'

Personally, I don't think Valve should make a console. Not just because... well, its Valve, but many PC only gamers would be upset about the whole thing. If it has Keyboard support, they should go for it though.

I'm pretty sure that Valve would't release brand new console. They may make custom PC, but after hearing Gabe Newell's words, I don't think they would start making console. Also PC gamers would probably not like it so I highly doubt they would do any console.

It's possible have a console-like experience from steam as they recently added 'Steam Big Picture', so I'm not surprised if they released a Valve console in the future.

Maybe we can even get Half-Life 3 as a launch title! Make it happen Valve! Make it happen!

If they will release 'Valve Console' I really hope that you can play it with keyboard&mouse. I would buy anything to play Half Life 3 tho :3

The one thing that kinda scares me about console, is that you can't really upgrade console like you can computer..

I'm sure there's gonna be like "Choose your ram, gpu" if you buy them online. Other than that, it should've had keyboard/mouse function. Gabe did say it's gonna be a controlled-environment console, So I'm not really expecting much. =/
