Dom Lock walked into her office in the building The Sevrel Conglomeration had set aside as a PPSA headquarters on Parsidia's 29th level. She dropped her satchel in on her desk and sat in her chair. She checked her digital clock on the wall to her left, her energy sense telling her what patterns were lit up on the display. Five till Eight. She had slept in, but since there was no angry citizen demanding things, it wasn't too much of a detriment to the day.

Dom took of the sunglasses she wore in public and pressed two fingers to the bridge of her nose. She could feel a migraine coming on. She took out some over the counter pain killers from her top desk drawer and took out two of the pills. She popped them in her mouth and took a healthy swallow from a bottle of water she brought with her that morning.

"Alright." she said to herself as she recapped the bottle and placed it on the desk.

"Let's see how this day goes."

Chase looked at the woman and shook her hand, "Well hi, its nice to meet you Dom... Dom Lock?" Chase asked smiling. "Thanks for the warm welcome" Chase said as he pulled his hand back. He looked around the room "By the way I think that you should show off your eyes, they are pretty cool, but you may want them covered when you are trying to be stealthy" Chase said as he took another sip of his Coffee. "So what kind of things do we do on this 'Team'" Chase asked looking around then back at her eyes.

Dom ignored Chase's comments and suggestions about her eyes. She had heard it all before and most of it annoyed her.

"Well, Chase, Marshal Team does some of the investigations and most of the tactical missions of the PPSA, though we still do just about everything." she explained. "We do what classic police officers do, though without a lot of the regulation and bureaucracy."

Dom turned to get some more coffee when a wall phone rang. She put down her mug and picked up the phone with her left hand.

"PPSA, Marshal Team. Lock speaking." she said in a memorized greeting.

She listen for a few seconds.

"Where is this happening, ma'am?" she asked, her voice becoming more serious and businesslike.

She picked up a pencil and wrote and address on a nearby pad. She never looked down as she wrote, her sightless eyes staring at the wall in front of her.

"Got it, ma'am. We'll be there ASAP." She said and hung up.

She picked up the pad she had written on, turned and waved it at the others.

"Gang fire fight on Level 30. Everyone one deck for this."

Dom ducked into her office and snagged her sun glasses and stuck them on her face. She rejoined her team, checking her pistol.

"Form up on express elevator B-7."

She pointed at Chase.

"That's the one across the street. Let's move."

She ran out of the building towards elevator B-7.

Chase ran by his office and grabbed his guns and grabbed some ammo. He got into the elevator with her then loaded each of his guns. Chase laid his guns against the wall of the elevator and kissed his ring as he said a quick prayer. "Amen" Chase said as he opened his eyes and turned to Dom "better safe then sorry. Chase said picking up his guns as the elevator door slung open. "Any stander procedure I should know about before this gets out of control?" Chase asked feeling slightly concerned

Jane heard Dom yelling not to far off.

" Right when I'm about to leave...." She grumbles and runs over to Dom.

" If you don't need me anywhere else I'll set up one building over for long distance support." She said patting her bag. Whenever that wasn't an option she always had her pistol although she didn't like it much. Jane stopped infront of B-7.

"That's fine." Dom told Jane. "Just be ready to move if needed."

She hit the button for down. Not everyone was there just yet, but time was of the essence. Late comers could take another elevator.

"Chase, rules for engagement are simple. Wounding a target is better then killing, but only when it can be done with out endangering other lives. Civilians are top priority. Avoid friendly fire like the devil himself."

The elevator dinged as it reached the level 30. She pulled out her pistol, checked her clip, jammed it back in her gun and racked the slid.

"The shoot out is two blocks from here to the east." she said.

When the doors opened, she was out like a flash and sprinting down the street like an Olympic athlete.

"Oh Boy, I Sure as Hell Didn't Like That.".

 

Said Katana, Once he had Finished Talking with the News Reporters Dom Lock had Mentionied about Before.

Jane nodded and handed headsets to Chase and Dom then gave the rest to Dom.

" I'll be your eyes and if i get a shot at any of the gang leaders i'll check with you before shooting." She said putting on one on herself.

Dom nodded her thanks to Jane and wired herself up.

"Comms check." She said through her head set. "Sound off."

Dom sprinted towards the sound of gunfire. A burst of auto fire racked the ground in front of Dom, forcing her to duck behind a truck. She used a few choice words of profanity as she peeked over the hood of the truck to get a sighting on the gun man.

"Jane!" she called through the radio. "We got a gang member with an SMG inside the door to an apartment building, ground level. Take him out!"

Dom growled as another burst rake the side of the truck. She hoped that she and her team could take one alive. The idea of gangs having fully automatic weapons was very disturbing.

Dom whipped out her phone and typed this message:

<Shoot out, lvl 30. Asset ASAP!>

Once done, she sent it to the team members not currently there. She didn't know about the others, but at least KATANA should be able to support the current ground team.

Jane shot off at a sprint to a nearby building ignoring the elevator and shooting up the stairs. She swiftly mounted spotter on a window and got Dom's orders.

" Copy, dead or alive?" She asked loading the gun then aiming at the truck and setting eyes on the gunmen.

" I get his shoulder and hes done shooting for good." Jane said quickly taking into account the slight breeze.

Chase took the headset and ran and slid into cover. He looked over and saw some crazy guy with an RPG pointed up towards Jane. Chase aimed down threw his acog and shot the guy in the knee making him drop the gun but stay alive. Chase watched him fall then went on to a different target. Chase was looking for more threats but then heard guns being cocked behind him. "Stand your ass up" Said one of the gang members.

 

 

Chase looked up at 5 guys around him and stood up dropping his guns. He held his hands up and then the guns were pointed at his face. Chase's heart started beating super fast. His irises turned blood red and timed seemed to slow down as he saw them pulling the trigger.

 

His vision went red but humans were white and easy to see. Chase saw the finger pulling so he quickly dogged as bullets flew out very slowly. He was moving slowly to his mind but to them it was pretty fast. He knocked one of the firing guns out of one dudes hand into Chase's hands and while it was firing Chase shot them down. Chase blinked and stumbled a bit. He pressed his head set and said "5 dead one wounded" He then picked his guns up and his vision became normal. His heartbeat slowed down and he ducked behind more cover

Dom watched Chase's performance with interest. The guy had moves. She could now see why Berch made sure to get this guy. He should work out great.

"If you can leave him alive, do it." She ordered Jane through her mike. "But if that leaves him still able to do damage, drop him."

Dom took in a deep breath and reached out with her magical sense. She felt the energy of living people all around. She focused on those using their energy to fire weapons. Knowing Jane's and Chase's patterns, she ignored them. She now had targets.

She preformed a cleansing ceremony she had learned in basic, a series of inhales and exhales. Three seconds later, she was ready. She sprung out of her cover, tuning out the bullets whizzing by her. She swept her arm from behind her to in front of her, making carefully timed shots at certain degrees on her arm's arch. Each bullet sped through the air and hit a gunman. From her sense, she could tell she wounded two and killed two. She ducked behind another car as more bullets came her way.

Yami went out the door and towards where she heard gun shots. She already knew Dom and the other beat her there. Aw, why have all the fun without me, she thought and dodged a bullet that almost hit her in the face. There was more flying at her but she dodged them. Yami was getting irritated and took for cover. She peaked out from where she was hiding and started shooting at the gunmen with her guns. She hid back into her cover as more bullets went flying

" Alright." Jane said taking aim at the man's shoulder. Her finger brushed the tirgger then she pulled causing a loud sound that echoed across the street. When she looked back at her target he was holding her shoulder yelling.

" Got 'im." Jane said looking around herself to make sure nobody had seen her. Satasfied she looked back at the man.

Chase saw more gang members behind a car. He pulled out his L86 and jumped up. He stood up and just shot like crazy at the car the guys were behind. He shot one guy down but the rest were still behind it. He got closer and shot through the car until he saw it light on fire. Chase backed away and waited for the last guy to run from behind. Once the guy jumped out. Chase shot him in the knee caps making him trip and fall to his face. Chase saw no one was left so he grabbed handcuffs and cuffed the alive guys

Dom smiled. Marshal Team had arrived on scene about a minute ago, and already the hostiles were mostly taken out.

"Jane, keep an eye for shooters in the buildings." She ordered.

Seeing Chase had a dealt with a large portion of the gang members, she shifted and moved over Yami's position. Dom gave Yami a tap on the shoulder to get her attention.

"There should only be a few left behind that dumpster." She said, indicating the position Yami had been trading fire with. "I'll keep you covered and you get closer to take 'em out."

She readied her pistol.

"On your say." she told Yami.

Jane focused her attention to the building across from her and scanned the windows. Come out come out wherever you are, She thought shooting one sniper once again making an echo across the area.

" One sniper down, two to go. Watch your heads." Jane said taking into account the more agressive wind. She shot down the two snipers then scanned once more. She moved onto another building buit there were none.

"Alrighty." She said and got up off her knees. She jumped up over from the car she was hiding. The criminals hiding were already shooting at her but they seemed to miss. Yami kinda did a flip in the air was shooting them from above. She landed next to the criminals, now covered in blood and unmoving. "I got them!" She said proudly while giving Dom a thumbs up. I feel more warmed up now, she thought

Dom stopped her covering fire when Yami game a thumbs up. She dropped crouched down and reloaded her pistol. She then headed over to support Yami.

"Alright, people." She said to her three officers. "I think we have everybody except those snipers you spotted, Jane. If you need back up on them, say so. Yami, Chase, let's work on getting the prisoners together. And stay out of the sniper's line of fire."

Dom handed a headset to Yami and moved to check on the targets she had shot.

" Naw spotter and i got this." Jane said taking aim at another sniper. She waited until he had his sights set on one of the team so he wouldn't see her.

" I would tell Yami to move if i were you." Jane told Dom seeing the man's rifle would drop ontop of her. Then Jane quickly pulled the trigger shooting the sniper inbetween the eyes. She moved onto her last target but he had already seen her she jumped out of the way of his shot just to be grazed by the bullet.

" Uh ow?" She said looking at her arm slightly annoyed Jane scrammbled back to spotter while the man was reloading and shot him.

" All done. I'm coming down." Jane said packing up her gun.

Chase picked up the prisoners he round up and started walking them back to base. "I'll get the prisoners down there, I think this was a good first mission" Chase said through the com. He then walked them too the cells and booked em. He then walked back to the break room and saw his coffee. "Ah I get to finish my drink" Chase said taking sips from his coffee which was still hot and good. "Ahhhh" Chase said leaning back and looking up at the ceiling

Dom called in an ambulance for some of the more seriously injured gang members. The clean up of the bodies fell to a special division of the regular police, which from the sound of the sirens, they were already on their way.

Dom moved to were the SMG used against her had fallen. She crouched down and looked it over. It was a military grade MP7, something the street gangs weren't suppose to have. And then there was the RPG Chase found. That kind of hardware wasn't even allowed to the PPSA. Where ever this gang got the hardware, it had to stop before they got more explosives.

She stood up, giving the whole area a wide once over.

"Good work, people." Dom said through her comms. "Let's pack up and head home."

Yami placed her guns on her belt and say through her comms "alright, im already worn out." And sighed. Yami walked on over back to the headquartes. She made it there first. Hmm, she thought and walked up to her office. She hadn't touch anything on her desk all day, leaving it a bit dusty. Yami went to go sit down and turned her chair so that she was facing the window. I need to get more sleep, she thought

Dom returned to the office building for Marshal Team, stopping off in the basement armory to replace a spent mag for her pistol. That done, she entered the main office area. She noticed Yami sitting, looking out the window.

"You okay, Yami?" Dom asked.

Jane ran down the stairs of the old building and back to the office. She opened a cupboard and tightly wrapped her arm.

" All better." Jane smiled and mounted spotter back onto the wall.

" Well atleats today wasn't boring." She sighed folding up her bag.

Chase finished his coffee and stretched a bit. He then saw Jane walk into her office and decided to introduce himself. "That was some pretty insane sniping" Chase said "its a pleasure to meet you, I'm Chase Shade, I'm the new recruit/Ex Seal." Chase said holding out his hand "You must have been in the military before this seeing your skills with your gun. What branch were you in?" Chase asked
