I can now confirm that Sora will have to be saved by Riku and Mickey. The Norts put him in the middle throne in Where Nothing Gathers, where Mickey tries to jump to and get grabbed by Xemnas.

Also, if you look closely behind sora there, you can actually see a zigzag black line thing which I thought that it might be the Guardian.

 

The whole scene kinda lean towards Sora getting 'kidnapped' to extract Ventus from him to create the X-blade once more.

before i thought that sora went to the darkness but then i said to myself how could he volunteraly just decide to do that after years of being considered the KEY his light is whiten everybody he meets. i just hope he can be saved and passed the test to save aqua terra ventus axel namine and xion.

I'm pretty sure that was shown in the Final Mix trailers, but I'm not sure if it was in the regular ones. Even then, that was less spoilery. If any of these theories are correct, this would have been akin to showing Aqua enter Terranorts mind to team up with Terra to hurt Guardian.

For example, the scene where Sora is sitting in Ventus' chair is good, it sprouts speculation... this is almost straightforward by comparison...

i knew that was ventus in someones Dive to the Heart or whatever they are called, so mabye that goes back to my point of that the reason Sora is in a comotos state is because he's trying to get Ven back or something but still have to wait till the game comes out for sure, god its gonna be so hard not to spoile myself with this game, i might just leave the site once i know the NA release date lol and good find by the way

This goes back the theory that I made back when the tgs trailer Aprentice Xehanort must have found out how to revive fragments of his being and intentionally seperarated himself in order to spread his consciousness.

What if his falling into "Darkness" causes him to forget things, and that's KH3's explanation on why Sora starts at Lv 1. Just like Lost Memories was KH2's excuse for "Dumbing Down" Sora.

This totally makes sense! I would be so pumped if this happened. It would also make a lot of sense because if we play as Riku as much as we do Sora in the game, it would make a lot of sense for us ending up to have to save sora, or fight the final boss as a good deal with Riku. It's definitely not going to be an ending just centered around Sora in my opinion for sure.
