Fabian Is Full Of Shit! He's Stealing Everything I Own! How Do I Prove It's Him?

Posted
Fabian goes to my school, and he's in almost all of my classes. I brought my PSP to school today to play on the bus. In my first and second hours, the teacher is lenient on the technology, so I put down next to my computer, and went to go get a pencil to write things down. That's the last I remember seeing it. I know it was him. All the facts point to him, and others in my class know it was him too, even though they didn't see it. Aniah said she saw Fabian wrap up Shyla's phone charger and put it in his pocket. Cece said she saw him put my 20$ in his pants. The list goes on. The PSP and the 20$ aren't the only things. He stole my Skull Candies, USB Cord for the PSP, and so on. I say "Give my stuff back," and he acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. He's good at looking people in the face and lying too. How do I prove it's him? When my parents learn about it, they'll get mad at me for bringing the things to school in first place. And please, don't tell me "You shouldn't have brought them," because I firetrucking know. How do I prove that he stole my things?

Well it's elementary my dear boy. Get something of yours like a book or a game or something valuable he could steal and put something like a sig of your on the inside or the bottom of that valuable item. Then when you tell the principle about him stealing, tell him to check the kids bag, pull out whatever he stole and say your name is on it, and when the principle sees it he will believe you.

He doesn't keep the items on him. He hides them.

Well here's an alternative, when he hides your stuff go to the principle, but bring one kid with you who he also steals stuff from he or she can vouch for you and help you in this bully case, and if the principle doesnt listen to that tell him that all the kids in your class can say the same thing about the guy.

Then he'd think I'm paying them to say it.

Yeah, my principal's that kind of guy.

So your principal isnt bright

Not in the slightest, as it appears.

Thanks, I'll see if I can do that. But even if I were to try, I'd still probably never see it, since he's a good liar.

but if he says that it his and if he supposedly telling the truth, then he has nothing to hide.

Man I had the same thing happen to me in 6th grade but it was my DS :(

What about your Vice/Assistant Principal??? Also is there any teacher that knows you and is nice............maybe they can vouch for you or somthing??? DONT GIVE

I'm not going to give up.

I'm going to play the "Determined Insubordinate" card, and I'm going to sit in the office until they make Fabian give it back.

First, I'm going to see if I can access a social network account of his, post "OMFG I STOLE A PSP :D", log out, log into my account, take a screenshot, and save it to my flashdrive as evidence.

I know that sounds desperate, but my parents will kill me if they know I lost it.

lesson learned. don't bring your vauables like PSP to school or even leave them sitting somewhere. people can be bitches like that. bessides that, i don't know

Thanks for the newsflash, Edison.

I learned that today, believe it or not.

Try to set him up somehow. Leave a phone out and have it record and when he tries to grab it, expose him.

Tell one of the teachers. Tell them that he took from others to and get the ppl he took from to tell the teacher. Or take his stuff till he gives you your stuff back. Oh wait. YOU COULD GO TO JAIL FOR TAKING OTHER STUFF! Just tell a teacher. Their going to tell you you shouldn't bring your PSP to school. But at least you'll get it back.

Did they really check the cameras, or did they just tell you they did?

Make sure they check them. Bring your parents and have them demand to see the tape.

Don't hack his account; I'm pretty sure that's illegal too.
