im not sure this theory is good, cause dream eaters might not be connected to heartless or nobodies.

However, like Vanitas was source of Unverseds, Unknown might be source of dream eaters.

true. Dream eaters came into being when the 7 worlds fell asleep. the heartless could not travel into these worlds enclosed in sleep but there must always be darkness. so dream eaters where made. the only reason they are there is because the darkness needed to take shape, but since the darkness couldnt take heartless form it made a new being: the dream eaters? Got it memorized?

He is a time traveler.........

Its possible dream eaters could have been created by someone. But lets no forget there are two types of dream eaters. Nightmares who eat good dreams and spirits who eat bad dreams. I think its possible they could be natural to the world of sleep.

Nomura said somewhere that Malificient talks about enemies of light (or something) so I think that Unknown is a being whose heart is complete light; he is just as evil as people of darkness because the darkness in our souls is what gives us a moral compass. The universe compensates for his existence by reviving people of darkness such as Xemnas and Xehanort. We still dont know about the true nature of the Dream Worlds (Dream Realm?) so Unknown could be born of an essence we do not know about.
