Asides the fact Pokemon was never original to begin with. Holy shit, Charizard looks like a dragon! AND SQUIRTLE LOOKS LIKE A TURTLE! PIDGEOT LOOKS LIKE A BIRD!!!!!

 

and its still a generic mecha layered on with unnecessary bullshit that just looks hard to control

I love pokemon so much that when I first see a new pokemon, unless it really appeals to me, I'll just say "meh" and accept it as a new pokemon. I really don't dislike any single one design, but I will say that gen V had alot of "meh"s. I give gamefreak props for thinking outside the box, but some of the new pokemon are just not attractive/appealing in any way. Digimon on the other hand, I don't love as much as Pokemon, so any new one I see I figure is just insignificant because there are just so many... their designs are neat though.

Trubbish is bad yes, but it gets worse as Garbodor. The first time I saw that in my game I was like "Who wants that?! Who the firetruck wants that!?!" Its just horrible DX
