Hey there everyone. I really like the whole "turn based battle system" thing and job classes in games like Final Fantasy X (which doesn't have "job classes" but in which everyone fills a unique role) and the Final Fantasy Tactics series. Are there any really good games out there for either PS3, DS, GBA, or Wii? A turn based battle system and/or job classes is what I'm looking for here. i can suggest the tales series for ps3

for wii try xenoblade and the last story ,they are fun games

and i totally love turned based games in the jrpg genre

 

also there are some great jrpgs for the psp if you are interested

I know one, but you can play it on the GBA emulator.

 

Dragon Ball Z Legendary Super Warriors.

 

That is the best "Turn Based Battle System" game I know.

You can never go wrong with Pokemon...

 

Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 were amazing. XIII-2 is understandable w/out the first and plays better, but XIII's story is to die for (and I loved the battle system).

Fire Emblem is amazing.

is a good game in my opinion and has all that job system and what not.

Any Fire Emblem game is very enjoyable or at least the ones I own, which are Shadow Dragon (DS) and Sacred Stones (GBA).

Definatley try Tales of Grace F for ps3 very fun battle system and interesting story. About 60 or more hours long depending if you like to train and collect thing.
