WILL ACCEPT ONE MORE PERSON BEFORE I END THE SIGN UPS

 

Story

You've always lived a normal life. You attended a good school, dated a few times, got decent enough grades, no doubt earned a detention or two, and you had your own group of friends by your side. You believed, no, you knew that this was most likely the way you'd spend the rest of you life. Oh sure, there are the occasional occurrences that could, in fact, make life much more exciting. But how much excitement could you handle?

It started off as any day would, with you waking up and getting ready for another day. Everything was going the way is always did. Yet you couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss as you made your way to school, that something or possibly someone was watching your every move. But that was absurd, you never did anything that would bring much attention to yourself. Still, you sped up a bit, a little more eager to arrive to the school than usual. However, you were much too preoccupied with getting away from whatever you felt burning its gaze onto your back, that you ended up running into someone. You made a move to apologize but felt as if your body was completely paralyzed. The person that you ran into was wearing a dark colored jacket with the hood pulled up, masking half his face. Before you could say anything, he spoke in a smooth melodious voice:

"You... you, along with the others, have been chosen to enact the prophecy. However, keep in mind, all of your choices will reflect the end result. You may be regarded as beloved Heroes, or feared as dreadful Tyrants. The choice belongs to you ______"

You had no idea what to make of this situation. This strange man was somehow able to prevent you from moving and he also knew your name. Not to mention that there were people walking past the both of you, yet they didn't even seem to see or hear either of you! You opened your mouth in a pathetic attempt to try and call out for help, but suddenly your vision begins to blacken and you feel yourself falling. Just before you passed out, you thought you faintly heard the man say something along the lines of "I'm sorry"

The next thing you know, you wake up in a meadow. Sitting up, you try to make sense of what just happened before looking around and seeing others around your age beginning to awaken as well. Not a single one of them looked familiar to you.

It was then that you realized that your normal average life is now a thing of the past...

Rules

-Follow the Roleplaying guidelines that KH13 has set up

- No God Modding. People don't like over powered characters

- There can be a bit of romance between characters, but you must make it clear to the creator of your character's love interest. Whether if it's one-sided, or the feelings are mutual is up the the other person. It is possible to have a love triangle. And remember PG-13

-Only two characters per person

-Try to be as literate as possible, but don't post a novel. I can also understand if you end up with writer's block, so 2-3 sentences can be used. But don't use it as an excuse every time. Also no ** -- or anything like that for action. (()) are for OOC

-Anyone is able to use NPCs (Non Player Characters) such as shopkeepers, blacksmiths, and so on.

-Be as active as possible but I can understand if you're unable to get on. We all have lives after all LOL. Simply send me a PM to say if you won't be on for a while and I'll pardon you from the RP until you return. Give a rough estimate on how long you'll be gone.

-Put "I've been chosen?" at the end of your character sheet so I know you read the rules

-If anyone breaks any of these rules three times, then I'll have to be forced to kick you out of the RP

-I am capable of changing, removing, or adding rules. I will also be answering any questions you may have with the RP.

Ability- (This will be unknown to your character and the others until a little later on in the RP. Think very carefully on the ability you want, there will be no changes once I decided when the RP starts. Each ability must be unique to each character. Also your ability will become stronger little by little with each use)

Here's my character sheet:

Name- Alvion

Age- 17, turning 18

Gender- Male

Height- 5'11"

Appearance-

 

Personality- Alvion tends to keep to himself, and at first glance, he may seem like a cold person, but he really is a sweetheart to the core. Although it does take a lot to make Alvion show any emotion besides his somewhat indifferent default visage.

Bio- He lives a simple regular life, although he has few friends due to his personality. But lately, he's found himself missing out on certain moments in his life and ends up finding himself in bed during the middle of the night even though the last thing he recalls each time is walking home from school. Unknown to himself, he is the one who is responsible for sending the others into their current situation. Why has yet to be revealed.

Weapon(s) of choice- A somewhat sinister looking scythe with strange engravings on the blade.

Ability- Capable of sending himself and the others back and forth between their home world and the one they currently reside in.

Celeste looked over at Alvion wondering about his strange weapon she shook off the odd feeling and looked to the other. " Well since nobody seems to know where we are maybe we shoudl look around, try to find some help?" She offered now that she was awake she was starting to think about how to get out of the strange meadow. Celeste was considering checking out the nearby treeline for some sort of shelter incase they were all alone in the middle of no where.

Brittney woke up in a meadow and she noticed other people with weapons talking to each other. 'What's going on and how did I get here?' She thought. She noticed twin pistols and a dagger next to her and she wondered if it was made for her. Brittney put the dagger on her belt, and carried the twin pistols and walked over to the other people.

Alvion looked over to the girl that was walking over to the ever growing group. Just how many were here? Shaking his head slightly, Alvion looked around before spotting something brown and furry a few feet away. He blinked once before walking over to the animal, realizing it was a rabbit as he got closer.

 

"What are you doing here little guy?" he murmured softly, not wanting to scare it away. Alvion always did have a soft spot for animals. The rabbit looked at him for a moment beforing opening its mouth to reveal large and very shatp teeth and lunged towards Alvion. "Whoa!" He barely dodged getting bitten.

Yami backed up a little. "Since when rabbits were murderous?" She asked as she held her sword tighter. Should i stab that thing, she thought even though she loved rabbits. Is he gonna be okay? Yami looked at the bite mark on Alvion's arm. "Ouch..." she muttered but didnt wanna get close to the rabbit, or whatever that thing was

"Jeez, bunch 'o babies, it's one little rabbit, albeit with giant teeth." Michael pulled out his paint brush and flipped the switch making it into the full sized Bo Staff. He starts running at the rabbit with the staff behind him, ready in swinging position. "Fore!" he yelled as he whacked the rabbit with the black tipped side and saw the little bugger zoom away."That's how you handle things, don't be afraid to fight." he said jokingly.

Celeste had her arrow strung and was about to shoot but someone beat her to it. " Please tell me that didn't just happen, it what kind of world are rabbits blood thristy?!" She squeaked looking around for any more demonic rabbits.

Alvion didn't even pay attention to what Michael said, preoccupied with the bite he received from the little freak rabbit. It didn't look too bad, and he doubted that it needed to be treated. If anything it was just a graze.

"And I believe that was a hole in one. Names Allen. You alright there. That rabbit looked pretty big from where I am standing." Allen said to Alvion. Allen reached into his pocket and pulled out a candy bar he forgot he had. He handed Slipped it back in hoping noone would notice. Allen loved his candy bars. "Question. Do anyone see some strange guy before they woke up in this place?"

Elita felt herself surface to consciousness, and heard voices. Well, if there are other people hear, it can't be that bad, can it? Her eyes adjusted to the new sunlight, and she sat up, stretching her arms. "Did anyone see some strange guy before they woke up?" she heard one of the boys ask. Elita turned to him. "Yeah, I did. It was weird, I swear, I've never seen him before."

 

 

Falling, falling, falling, sinking, drowning. When will I stop falling, when will I wake up? At this last thought, Autumn sat bolt upright, looking around in the strange place she had awoken in. She picked off leaves that only seemed to be on her, and looked around at the new set of faces. "I'm Autumn." She introduced.

Alvion gave a swift nod to assure that he was fine, noticing that Allen slipped something back into his pocket but didn't question it. It wasn't his place to bother others about what they do. He raised an eyebrow at the question. Strange guy? he thought before looking over at the two girls that just woke up. If this kept up Alvion just might be tempted to walk away. He was no good with crowds and the bigger they got, the more reserved and indifferent he became.

Aaron was shocked at the sight of the rabbit. He did not recall rabbits bieng that hostile, nor being of that size. Such a fact scared him a little, leaving him on edge for what other seemingly nice things are out there. To make matters worse, more people joined the group. Aaron never did well around others, especially girls.

 

Aaron looked at one of the other boys when he mentioned something about a mysterious man. Aaron tired to think, but his confusion and fear mixed together to give him a horrible headache. His tail whipped around in his state of negative emotions.

Allen kept looking around at all the girls. Was this his paradise or what, but now was not the time to do anyting with them now. Everyone seemed on edge, and twidled their thumbs. 'Well, i am going to see if i can find that guy, i need to teach him something.'Allen was about to walk off when he stopped himself. He scratched the back of his head and smiled innnocently. 'Does anyone know how we get ou of here anyway?'

" Nope, this place doesn't even seem earth-like." Celeste said then thought about the man she saw. " Ya, the guy was saying something about being chosen or whatever. It creeped me out and... then i woke up here." Celeste shrugged and looked up at the sky, it was a much deeper blue than in the city where she grew up.

'Maybe he transported us or something to an alternate dimension. Because we might be some kind of hero's. It is a thought, after all we are just a group of random kids, we have never even met eachother. Why would we be tied with the same destiny?'

Michael wasn't paying to the others conversation, because all he could think about was blasting that "rabbit" far far away. He replayed this memory until he snapped out of it and started in on the conversation at hand. From what he's listened to so far, they all seen a mysterious figure before they went unconscious and arrived in this "world". Michael begins to chime in to the conversation, "Maybe we're not tied to the same destiny, but instead maybe we have individual destinies that we help each other accomplish."

'Maybe...but who lmows, we all are here in this place, and we have to help eachother out of it. I vote we work together and find that weird guy and make him take us home.' Allen said raising his arm. He noticed that most of the people here were quiet and kept to themselves. He thought for a moment and walked around. 'I know, we probably have some cool kind of power, i mean no one else is here but us. Maybe we came from another world, and we were gifted with extrodinary powers.'

Alvion raised an eyebrow at Allen's words. Powers? That seemed a little too much like the RPG video games his younger brother loved to play everyday after school. "I honestly doubt we have anything like that" he said, taking a look at the engravings on the blade of the scythe in his hand once again. There was something about them that made Alvion feel as though they might have an explanation of what was going on. Or at least a clue as to how to get home. And the sooner he could get home, the better.

After some time, Aaron finally manged to clear his head, and he was able to recall the man. He sighed, wanting to go home.

 

No use in whining now. He thought, shaking his head a little. He liked the idea one of the others brought up, about powers. But Aaron doubted it. With his luck, he would get some power relating to cats. But his thoughts were drawn to his sword. He unsheathed it, and touched the flames that came off of it. The tendrils of fire tocuhed his finger, and he gasped at the fact the flames didn't hurt him.

 

"Perhaps he's right....about the powers. Who knows? I also think we should get out of here. No more ravenous rabbits for me." Aaron said, sheathing his blade again.

"Powers?! That would be so totally wicked!" Michael said with happiness. Now, he starts to imagine what kind of powers he could have. He sees himself with a giant sword, flaming wings, and lasers shooting out of his eyes. But then he realized that that's a little too much. So, he returns to reality and then says "Aaron's right, I think maybe we should get out of here and maybe find a place where we can set up a camp or whatever."

Celeste nodded. " Our best bet is to head for the tree line, she said ignoring the idiotic comment about powers. " If the guy were here don't you think he would have shown up by now?" She asked certain he had somehing to do with all of this now. Celeste noticed the sun slowly sinking, " Jeez how long have we been here? We had better get a move on."

Powers? That's kinda messed uo but that could actually be true, she thought even thought all of this was a bit too much. "Okay then." She said "whick direction should we start walking to?" Yami couldnt stay here any longer before something else popped up and attack them. "The animal thing went that way right?" She said as she gestured to the west. "So it should be heading to someplace where we could find food or even a shelter."

Alvion began walking to where the tree line was, the scythe resting on his shoulder before pausing and looking back at the group. "We've wasted enough daylight standing around and trying to figure what the hell's going on. And I'm not sticking around for more of those mutant rabbits to start showing up" He did a quick head count before beginning to walk again. Didn't want to leave anyone behind right? The graze from his encounter with that rabbit-like thing was starting to sting a little, but Alvion simply brushed it off. It was just pretty much a nick, no point in crying over it.

Elita stood up, noticing the locket and the bow and arrows on the ground. She picked them up, slung the quiver on her back, and fastened the clasp on the chain. "Let's get going, and next time we see one of these carneverous rabbits, let's get some food from it. And find a source of water in tthe woods. Or whatever you drink here."

 

 

Autumn picked up the sword, and started following Alvion to the tree-line. Maybe I'll feel better once I'm in the trees. She thought, noticing a dull pounding in her head.

Aaron ensured his sheathe was strapped on correctly. He then proceded to follow behind Alvion. Aaron queitly thought to himself, trying to remember what had happened before he was sent here. All he remembered was him walking from his school, and the man appeared. The next thing he knew, he was laying in a field with a bunch of other people. He sighed, scratching his new found ears. They were real, and definitaly felt like ears found on a cat.

 

A rustle in a nearby bush alerted him, and another rabbit hopped out. Aaron backed away from it, surprised his sword was out and in his hand.

Celeste spotted the rabbit and immediatly shot it through the head. " Demon rabbit..." She muttered, she was suprised at herself for making the shot so easily. Who knew my thing would be archery? She shrugged and followed the others eyeing the rabbit. " Should we take it with us incase we don't find food?" She asked poking it with the end of her bow.
