(Although it was never specified in FF: Incarcerated, this RP takes place in NYC. For me, at least. I'll probably leave anyway.)

Callum turned off the TV and looked at his clock. It was 2:00 A.M. He couldn't sleep ever since he learned a powerful game villain was inside him. Vanitas. Ever since Vanitas possessed him (If he did, maybe he was in there since birth, so gained influence) Callum had been a jerk. He didn't have any friends now. I hate you, Vanitas! He heard a scoff. Really? Do you? Callum summoned his keyblade. "I won't let this take me over. Vanitas, you won't win." His void gear looked ominous. Too ominous.

Rebekah’s face went bright red as Felix carried her. Not that she didn’t like being carried...but with everyone else watching, she felt embarrassed. “Felix, what are you doing?” she protested quietly, though she also couldn’t quite keep the smile off of her face.

 

What surprised her even more than Felix’s sudden action, though, was what he said about her being popular. He must be imagining things. “Um, Felix, I think you’re the only one who has his eyes on me...though I still sometimes wonder why...”

“Aye, captain!” Keilani said, saluting to Joy. She followed him, bringing Troy with her. As they went, Keilani stood on her tiptoes and kissed Troy’s cheek. “It’s good to be traveling with you again.

“Joy, do you need my help?” Mariah asked. She got beside him and offered to let him lean on her as they started to leave.

Alexis’s hand went to the left side of her face where Felix had struck her. It was still a little swollen, and there was probably a large bruise forming there by now. “So painful that death will be a relief to him,” she said quietly, her eyes staring off into some distant place. “I’ll get to his precious Rebekah before him. Make her suffer right in front of him, then finish him off slowly. Emotional pain added to the physical.” She smiled as she thought of this.

Joy nodded. His face was pale, and he put his arm around her, missing her scent. Joy smiled, and whispered into her ear, "I've heard hotel rooms are cheap around here, before we go."

 

Callum saw Felix run out, so he jogged alongside them. "I think Vanitas is getting stronger, sadly."

Felix shook his head. "Nope, I'm lucky to have you. You're quite the looker, you're smart, and if you look around you'll notice that Callum sure has a crush on you," he said, "But I'm not the jealous type. Though...I might grow into it with a hot girlfriend like you." He said with a wink. Once at the dealership Felix put Rebekah down on the hood of a black 2011 Camaro. A salesman came over to protest but he handed the man $300,000. "I need this car, and two others. Joy and Victoria will choose theirs," Felix said as he stared at the beautiful car. He'd always wanted a Camaro....now he had one. "Vanitas huh? Well...I think I've got an idea that'll fix him good. Whenever I wanted to get Axel to shut up I'd....wait. You're not 21 are you?" he asked Callum.

 

Scott looked at her and nodded. "Alright...I think it's time for rest. I'll be off to bed. You're room is next to the bathroom, it's predecorated, and don't worry. I'm on the third floor and far from you," he said bowing low. Scott started walking quickly. At the end of the hall he teleported to his room, changed, and got in bed. He didn't realize how much he needed this sleep. He felt relaxed.

Mariah looked into Joy’s eyes and blushed, suddenly finding it a little difficult to breathe. That was not something she had been expecting at this moment. But she felt like she was ready. She smiled shyly and nodded. “Why go for a cheep room?” she whispered back. “I’ll pay for an upgrade.”

Rebekah’s face reddened even more when Felix described her as “hot” and then put her down on the Camaro. She hopped off as soon as she could, feeling put on the spot with several other people there who turned their heads as Felix created a scene. She glanced at Callum, concerned for him when he shared his uneasy feelings about Vanitas, and remembering having gotten the impression at one point that he liked her. She had started to like him as well a while back, but Felix...Felix was the only one for her. He drove her crazy and embarrassed her sometimes, but all in all, he was the most wonderful person alive as far as she was concerned.

Once again, Aqua spontaneously took over Rebekah’s body and got between Felix and Callum. “No, he’s not, Felix. Don’t give him any ideas like that.” She spoke quietly but firmly.

Alexis went to her room and sat down on the large bed. Her thoughts drifted away from killing Felix...and she started thinking about Scott. Larxene, did you know that since I was sixteen, Scott is the first man I’ve ever interacted with for an extended period of time who hasn’t tried to jump in bed with me?

“Okay...so?” Larxene replied, clearly uninterested.

So, he’s...different. I don’t know, it’s just weird, almost as if it’s another form of manipulation...ugh! Never mind! Forget I said anything to you!

“Don’t worry, I will. And I’ll tell you again how stupid you’re being for trusting him in the first place. He’ll probably end up killing you once you’re of no further use to him. And I won’t be particularly happy about dying along with you.”

Alexis growled with frustration and fell back on the bed with her mind racing. It was a while before she finally fell asleep.

Felix ran over to Joy, and handed him about seventy thousand dollars. "I've already paid for your car, just pick one out. This'll cover the leg. God's speed. Here's my number," Felix said quickly. He then handed Joy his number. He made a copy of it, and gave that one to Victoria. "Alright, get you a car, and good luck. Jayson already has my number," he said again. He hopped in the driver's seat and started it up. "Oh baby!! This car is fiiiine!!" he yelled.

Callum grinned. "I've always been good at faking ids. Sadly, nah, I'm only 17." Vanitas smirked in his mind, as Callum hopped on the car instead. "Hopefully Vanitas doesn't get any ideas, but him taking over again is inevitable." He jumped when the car started. "Jerk." He laughed.

 

Joy started to lead Mariah out, and looked back at Troy. "Uh, we'll be gone for a little while." He walked across the street to a hotel, and walked up. "One room, please. Deluxe." Joy would pay too. He got the key, and walked back to Mariah. "Best room they had."

Felix shook his head. "Not with your new buddy Jack Daniels it aint," Felix said smiling.

'Illegal!! Arrest him!!' Axel thought.

'Oh hey there you are! I've missed you!' Felix thought.

'You're a dick. Did it not occur to you that maybe I liked Larxene? That maybe I wanted to be with her? What do you do? Torture her infront of me,' Axel said with a scoff.

'Sorry...but you get to be with Aqua now! She's wayyy hotter than Larxene,' Felix answered.

'Proof. Where is your proof?' Axel asked.

'Right here!' Felix yelled. He immediatly googled Aqua.

'Point taken, and I'm glad to be with her. Fine choice,' Axel said.

'You're welcome,' Felix thought laughing.

Rebekah got in the front seat of the Camaro beside Felix and laughed. “Careful, Felix. I might start getting jealous,” she warned jokingly.

“Rebekah...I’d like to talk to Callum alone when we get the chance. Is that okay?” Aqua suddenly asked.

Sure...are you feeling okay, Aqua? You’ve been acting really weird.

“I’m...I’m fine, really!”

Okay then...

Mariah smiled. “I’ll take it.” She helped Joy up to their room and opened the door, kissing him on the way in.

Keilani watched as Mariah and Joy went to the hotel across the street. It took her a moment to realize what was going on, but when she did, she blushed at the thought. “Um...how about we hang out at that park over there while we wait?” she said to Troy, pointing to a nice-looking park a short distance from the hotel.

Callum jumped in the backseat, and pulled out his MP3, turning it up, since he was wearing head-phones. "So. We moving soon? I haven't seen South Carolina in forever."

 

Joy kissed back passionately, smirked, and shut the door as he pulled off his shirt.

Felix smirked and said, "Alright...are we all...nope...not Alex."

'Let me handle this,' Axel said smiling.

"Yo Roxas!! Move your butt!!" Axel yelled out the door.

"Sorry...that was embarassing for all of us..." Felix said staring forward.

"Oh...right...Rebekah...I need you to do something for me..." Felix said quietly.

Rebekah covered her eyes with one hand from embarrassment as Axel called to Roxas. She was beginning to wish that she had just stayed at the museum and waited while Felix and the rest of them picked up the car. She then looked up at Felix curiously. “What is it?” she asked.

"Well...I'm gonna need you to take inventory. So you'll need to speak to both of our boys individually and see what all they brought with them. That way we can decide just what I need to buy. I'll probably bum some money off of my cousin Randell..." Felix said smiling, "That's ok with you right?"

“Oh, sure,” Rebekah replied. It sounded like an odd request to her, but it would also give Aqua the opportunity she wanted to speak with Callum, so she decided not to question Felix further about it. She looked at Callum from the rearview mirror. He looked zoned out, and she could hear a little bit of the music coming through his headphones. Well, Aqua...it sounds like you’ll get your chance to talk to Callum pretty soon here, she thought.

Vanitas scoffed. 'This music sucks.' Callum smiled. 'And you'd know about music.' Vanitas was quiet for a sec. 'Let me take over, I'll choose better music.' Callum leaned back. 'I'm not that dumb.' He closed his eyes, but Vanitas startled him. 'Yes, go to sleep. Let me take over.' Callum jerked up. 'Great. Now I'll never get any sleep.'

Alex finally gt to where Felix an Rebekah were. "Alright I'm here and.....woah! That is one sweet car if I ever saw one. "

 

'Where hav you been Axel?' Roxas asked

Troy sat next to Keilani on the bench and closed his eyes as he wrapped his arm around her, enjoying the breeze and the closeness of the girl he loved.

 

Tyler turned to Jayson. "I don't know about Tudi, but I think I could be helpful to your group. You've got the power down with Terra, ya? But I could act to sabotage enemies as we confront them. Blind, confusion, silence, etc. Wakka's got 'em all. I figure that Seichi, Arina, me, and you should be a pretty versatile team, but we might want to train for a little bit before going out and really doing much. Seichi's the only one here with much actual battle experience." Tyler was still a little upset that Tudi had seemed to basically ignore him earlier, but he was determined to be helpful to the group anyway.

"All set right?" Felix said looking in the back seat, "Well alrighty then! Next stop, South Carolina!!" He took off fast from the dealership, got onto the interstate, and started zooming through lanes like nobody's buisness....hehehehe...nobodies.

"Well...I've been kind of out of it since the last fight...it kinda drained me, but here I am again!" Axel said through Felix.

 

Scott woke up, it was early in the morning, and he felt recharged. He was finally back at 100%, and thought himself a new man. "Today...is going to be a great day Marluxia. Today we train Alexis on how to use her lightning at long distances, and then go on the murder course," he said smiling. 'Oh joy...' Marluxia answered. Scott walked back into the dinning room, and found a huge breakfast awaiting him. It was good to be home.

"Geez Axel you scared me! I thought something happened to you!"

Callum leaned forward. "This is a little awkward. Everyone here is Buddy, buddy except for me." He listened to the cars go past on the open road. He loved that sound.

 

Joy pulled himself out of the bed to freshen up. He needed to look presentable. He turned on the shower and stepped in.

"Sorry Roxas...I guess I just won't do it again," Axel said laughing.

"Dude Callum, you see that Ferrari??" Felix asked pointing out the window.

"You better not. Hey Axel do you remember Xion? She is Victorias inhabiter" Roxas asked

Rebekah smiled at Felix, grateful that he was being kind enough to try to break the barriers between Callum and everyone else. He was so generous, always thinking of others...

Alexis woke up after a very refreshing rest. Though she was still a bit wary of Scott, she was highly anticipating this second day of training. She got dressed and made her way downstairs, finding Scott already in the dining room. She picked her food out, getting just enough for her to run off of for the next several hours, and sat down at the table. “So, what’s on the schedule for today?” she asked Scott.

Mariah smiled to herself as Joy got up to shower. She felt the happiest she had been in a very long time. She wrapped the bed sheet around herself as she waited for Joy to get out of the shower so that she could get in.

Keilani sighed happily as she leaned on Troy. His frame felt solid and strong, but also warm and inviting, and his arm around her brought her extra reassurance and comfort. It was so indescribably wonderful to have him back, especially after she had started to give up hope that he would ever feel anything again. She could sit here with him like this forever.

"Yeah? Well that's great! Maybe after this is all over we could all hang out again like the old days huh?" Axel asked.

"Well...that'll be a while...we have to wait until Ethan, Scott, and Alexis are gone...and hopefully James will be back to normal..." Felix said looking at the road seriously now.

 

Scott smiled. "Well we'll be hitting the long distance targets out back today. Then I'm going to take you to the basement, and we'll run the murder course together," he said grinning, "sleep well?"

"You bet, I'm not worried about those guys."

"We have them outnumbered, and come on with fearless leader here it will be no problem. I do hope James will snap out of it. This isn't like him"

Alexis smirked. “Sounds like fun,” she replied. “And I slept very well, thank-you.” Of course, she left out the part about it being difficult for her to fall asleep in the first place because of all that was on her mind. “I feel great now. Challenge me today,” she said almost cheerily.
