ok my computer is just showing random letters after opening or saving the file and then opening it so can you just say how to do it it would be a lot easier

I would save this as not everyone has Word, especially Mac users (which I am) I have Pages which allows me to make and write doc. and docx. files so I'm good but do it for the other people.
