I finally got Photoshop (7.0 8D) a week ago and I've been whoring out on it a lot. I've been doing some sigs and some avatars. I'm still a newbie, so most of them will probably look like crap 8D. I've done some for other people too, so I'm not THAT selfish. 8D ^^

akdhhd; i worked on this one A LOT. i had to look up like 238948 tutorials for changing eye color. then my computer crashed and deleted everything.

 

 

 

i did this one for JesusFreak (JF) 8D i used picnik for the small photos and i cropped ven, terra, and aqua like 48438349 times because my photoshop crashed AGAIN. D; i kind of like how it turned out though ;o

 

 

 

i did this one for emily~ (SavageNymph). i stayed up 'till like 2 AM trying to finish this but i did it with love 8D sokai ftw. <3

 

 

 

this one i just pulled up the hues and saturation in the eyes and i like it 8D

awwww i'm sorry if i embarrassed yah ;A; i personally don't think my sigs are awesome if that helps comfort you XDD <3 i like yours though! even if it's not like my whored-out-effects kind of sigs , that's still really good. you've got the right concept of cropping out pictures and the glow and everything : D as time passes, you'll get better. unlike me lol <3

how did you changed Ven's eyes color?could you give me a tip?

sure

 

well, first, you know the right hand bottom corner where there's a section that says "layers, channels, & paths"? click on "paths" and then "new path" on the bottom of the section. grab the pen tool and start going around the eye. once you're done, right click on it and click "make selection". it'll have those little blinking lines around it when it does that.

 

once you do that, go to the top left corner and go to image > adjustments > hue/saturation.

 

from that point, you can either play around with the brightness and saturation, or just click on the right bottom corner where it says "colorize" and actually just change the general color of the eye. you can do that with the other thing but colorizing is pretty much easier. XDD <3

 

i'm not sure if there's an easier way, but that's the way that i learned how to do it. XDD

i have no idea XDD i've used brushes, but i dunno about that one that you say P: and i have a semi-old photoshop too, so it's not as advanced as CS or element XDD

oh haha i'm so glad i was able to help. i'm not very good at helping or explaining directions but i'm glad i actually helped you : D! that looks awesome btw. keep in mind though that that technique only works on colored eyes like blue, green, yellow, etc. for some reason it won't work on black/or brown eyes. );
