I mean, maybe he just chose to use his old man form, and is able to switch between those two forms, like Ansem SOD did in KH1 with Riku.

 

In the cutscene where he mentions the fates of TAV, he said: "And one person became my vessel." And he then points to himself with his hand.

He did say that out of the 3 lights missing, one of them was on his side, soo.. couldn't it be that YMX picked up Terranort to be one of the new members of org xiii?

actually it is more logic sense

it could be strange if terra wouldn't be used in the plot anymore but he doesn't fit in the 7 lights and before BBS terranort actually was the real key character, in the end it was terranort who started the creation of the odd org XIII and resulted in Xemnas and Ansem SoD

Terra would be one of the Xehanorts because that is logic and he doesn't fit in the idea of seven lights since those spots are filled actually..

And There is no definite about the spots filled. There has been several conversations about it being Kairi, Lea and Roxas all of which have keyblades.

There's a difference between the three MISSING lights (Aqua, Terra and Ven) and the seven hearts of PURE light( the seven princesses hence seven lights). That could be Terranort but since Xemnas is technically Terra's body ( the shell left behind) it doesn't fit in yet so we have to wait and see.

But... Wasn't Xemnas and Ansem SOD brought from a different time by YMX? (And they also have to return to their time...)

 

in the present time, Xemnas and Ansem are gone, and the original person should have been revived. (And they were created from Apprentice Xehanort(Terranort) )

yes there is a difference but Terra isn't conscious anymore, he sacrificed his own mind to also put away Xehanorts mind ~this failed though

there has been talked about two sorts of seven lights by Yen Sid: the Princesses but also Keyblade wielders as he literally says that he asked Riku to bring another keyblade wielder as he heard Kairi is one

the seven lights are the keyblade wielders still fighting for the light but also the princesses

if you count them up you get 7 keyblade wielders and 7 princesses but one of them is both what results in 13 people

there are actually 13 darknesses and 13 lights, that is the guessing we have been given.

And Yensid wants to protect the 7 pure lights which is where Kairi comes into play in my opinion.

Roxas obviously isnt an average nobody and in the game you see that Sora tells him he is himself and not Sora. Do you think sora is just going to be oh w.e your screwed why would Lea fight with them if that was the case he has nothing to gain! You counted Terra out whats says he wont be rescued before the final battle? He is more powerful than most of them anyway.

But Sora had time to grow and gain powers before fighting he fought alot of people before dealing with Ansem SOD. And Riku didnt defeat the darkness in his heart he accepted that there was darkness in his heart. He had mickey's help in time as well in KH2 it says that by spending time with Mickey riku learned his rights from wrongs ect.. The Ansem he fought was clearly not the same Ansem Sora fought but a fragment of him that was still in Riku's heart. It wasn't the hearts fault for Sora failing the test though it was Xehhanorts. I agree though, they are both at fault of being to cocky. I think Lea is still going to try to save Roxas I think that dream he had before wakening up is going to be his drive.

Guys just to let you know , Terra didnt fail bc he was cocky or arrogant .MX foiled Terra by creating the darkness Eraqus flunked Terra for .It wasnt Terras darkness or his fault. MX did it as part of his plan to get Terra to fall to darkness...Also i might add Lea has plenty of reasons besides Roxas to fight for the light .MX stole 10 years of his life and was trying to take over his body and all the others in the Org as well..Even leaving Roxas out of the equation, he has plenty of reasons to fight MX to stop him ..Plus everyone seems to overlook that Sora has also become Lea's friend .Roxas = Sora as Axel = Lea...I think he realizes this

Axel and Saix were looking to betray the organization from the beginning; either way, Lea is definately no friend of Xehanort. It's implied that Roxas doesn't totally equal Sora the way it is for other nobodies, but meh. Sora and Lea will probably be friends

You are missing my point when i say Axel = Lea like Roxas = Sora.. Im saying Lea knows Roxas joined with Sora and hes now a somebody like Lea is now currently a somebody . So they are both currently still together as friends regardless .Lea doesnt know about Vens heart .He just knows Roxas as Soras nobody .Lea as Axel wanted to be a somebody again so im sure hes ok with Roxas being a somebody again...and Yes i know Axel and Saix were planning to overthrow the Org ...This just backs up what im saying even further .

true, but terra's arrogance/desire for power did lead to him being possessed by MX but that wasn't really my point. It was that there is no canon relating to whether Sora/Riku are weaker than Terra/Aqua, so you cannot argue that Terra is definately going to be a light because of his overwhelming strength needed to be able to defeat MX.
