Hey guys, so I was uploading a new video today (which I decided I will upload tomorrow) and this thing came up and offered me to become a YouTube Partner. It says I have to "monetize" my videos (whatever that means) and agree to the user agreements and I'm in. So yeah, I feel pretty proud for being a partner. Guess my YouTube account accomplished something other than getting an extended time of recording my videos lol. Although it's most likely thanks to my Sonic Generations, Batman Arkham City, and Zelda: Skyward Sword walkthrough videos. I feel so honored haha.

So i'm guessing that YouTube will kill me with copyright strikes, right....RIGHT? Also, thanks for deleting the 2nd thread. I don't know why it made 2 of the same threads.

I was offered a partnership because I had like 10k+ views on a video, but it's pretty obvious that all my videos have copyright in them since they are only songs reversed. So hey, the whole copyright thing IS possible. It just depends on how popular you are, and what all you have uploaded. Not to say that playthroughs normally get removed, but it has happened. Just stay away from copyrighted music and video clips, and maybe you will be ok.

They do. I've been offered to be a partner on Youtube several times. Never took it due it all being Kingdom Hearts stuff.
