So the allusive HD Collection everyone has been talking about....

 

It will contain

Kingdom Hearts 1, 2 and Re:Chain of Memories right?

 

So you think the final mix scenes will be added and given voices or no?

 

I know there isn't any proof, so this is all hypothetical and your answers should be all opinion, unless you know something we don't.

I know that if there were a FM HD collection, it wouldn't just be japan only.

*sigh* Another one of theses. The answer is that it'll be the regular games, which I'm fine with. But, most likely as I own the Final Mix titles.

Well if they added the FM I think it will just be called

on the box or something and somewhere in the front it would say "Final Mix Scenes Addeed. Now with voice dubbing!" or something.

you know I hope it will have the Final Mix additives with it if there is an HD collection and hopefully it will be released outside of Japan, but again we don't even know if we will get an HD collection and regaurdless if it dose or dosen't have the Final Mix content I will still be getting it

Seriously... I don't think they'll make a HD Collection before KH3 is released... Why would they do this? Repeat the Beginning of KH, while whole beginning (Xehanort Saga) isn't finished at all would make no sense o:

You can buy KH3 separately or as a bundle with the new HD Collection. If it's going to be on PS3 (which I think most-likely will occur) might as well release it as another box set.

If Square Enix releases a HD Collection, they'll just hire a different team to make the hd collection. It will probably just include KH1, KH2, KH Re:Chain of Memories but I dont think it will include the FM versions.

Yeah but with the help of another team so the development of KH3 doesn't get delayed, after FF Versus XIII is released of course.

I believe a HD Final Mix compilation will be unveiled at E3 this summer. It will contain Kingdom Hearts I and II, both Final Mixes. Additionally, new cutscenes will be fully voiced in English and released on PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U. The compilation will be mainly to try to hold fans over till KH3 is ready to be unveiled publically, meaning a release next year. Another possible item to show is Kingdom Hearts Re:358/2 days with a battle system closer to that of Re:coded.

it makes perfect sense, get the young generation of gamers into the game since most own a xbox or PS3 and PS3s arnt backwards compatibal, its a great idea if you ask me, but if they do make it PS3 only than they are making a huge mistake since most of the new generation is on XBOX

There is a really good chance of getting this seeing all the collections coming out, it's mostly just a question of when. I think sometime before KH3 would be perfect.

 

Oh and if thay do add the final mix titles, They will probally replace Re:Com with Birth by Sleep seeing as it is the third final mix title, plus it would be awesome to have a ps3 version of BBS (Konami did it for Peace Walker so..)

 

So I really think there is a good chance of this being realesed, it will be awesome to relive the KH experience again in HD, and hopefully Final Mix!

tutti frutti. I actually think that this would be a great idea for gamers that have missed a good chunk of the series. Since we can't really say on when Versus XIII will be done, so that KH3 will start production, this would be something to tide us over until the meantime.
