I have not played DDD and I do not want to be spoiled. But can someone tell me (without spoilers) if the game hints at a BBS V2 or if it seems like KH3 will be the next game?

In one of the Nomura interviews right after the release of RE:Coded, He says that He was working on 2 more games before kh3. The first one has already come out (KH3d) and the second one i'm guessing will be BBS volume 2 since that will close the gap between the end of BBS and kh1. But no, I didn't see anything hinting towards BBS vol.2 in 3d.

it kinda is,most of the stuff shown in the bbsfm ending is in KH3d. the game is about the rebirth of xehanort. While they are figuring this out they are in the world of sleep, birth by sleep, or sora going into the world of sleep to gain a new power. Nomura even said that the next game will end the xehanort saga and he also said that would happen in kh3. So kh3 is going to be made next. SO i doubt bbsv2 is a game that will be made, it is probably just kh3d, but this is just my theory,

3D doesn't seem to be BBSv2, mostly because the game doesn't touch a huge amount on what's happened offscreen (Mickey's trip to the realm of Darkness etc.). If my impressions of the teaser aren't too far off, That game will fill in some of those events.

 

Or it could've been canceled.

explaining those stories would be different games,or it could just not be a game at all, maybe it's a hint at what is to come in kh3 because she leaves the realm at the end and ventus is gone. so maybe sora saved them because he needs them as they are he 7 lights , but kh3 is the next game in line so, i doubt we might see those adventures, but hey we might

Because simply he said he won't work on KH III until he finishes Versus XIII because his main KH games team are currently busy with it and his other team is working on KH3D (At least, was)

i have been thinking about this aswell, honestly i believe there will be a bbsv2 and its going to be the next game as aqua is one of the seven lights so they need to retrieve her from the ROD, and HUGE SPOLIER ALERT

if you have seen the secret ending to kh3d you see that riku was getting kairi hinting that they are going to get all 7 lights to prepare for the keyblade war bbsv2 will hold these events IMO, and kh3 will be the final defeat of xehanort and what about ventus somebody has to wake that sleepy kid up, why not riku with his new powA!!!
