My parents will NOT let me get m rated games. I'm 14, I make good grades in school; in fact, I've consecutively had a 4.0 gpa.

I have NEVER gotten into a fight, I've haven't gotten in trouble at school since I was 10 . I've never cussed . At home, I do a whole lot

chores without complaining, but they still won't let me. Can you guys give me advice on what to do, or what to say in order to get them to

change their minds? Also, please don't post that I should wait until I'm 17 to buy it. Thanks.

Just...nevermind, I don't think you get it.

Though that doesn't mean I disagree with what you said about respecting his parent's wishes :)

Thank God the ratings are ignored in my country.

Any child can get a M-Rated game where I live.

Really, just wait. It'll worth it. Or buy yourself one secretly, if you want to take a risk.

In my place too, my brother always get away with it. My parents were worried though, but my brother seemingly smart at hiding them....

Ask them why thy wont let you and try to convince them that you are old enough and thateveryone at school gets rated M- games

Respect their wishes and wait until they trust you.

It sounds like their strategy has worked so far. Don't question it. They'll let you play them eventually.

no, i get it. trust me, i had no clue what a loaded statement was, so i looked it up. i try not to argue with someone, unless i feel i understand what i'm arguing about. i see what you mean, i just didn't feel that whatever type of statement i was making was important. the importance was the point of my statement. which was to let him know to respect his parents. btw when i argue, i don't attack. so, if you ever argue with me don't ever feel like i'm being a dick or rude, even though typed responses on the internet can come off that way. :)

Which country is that?

lol No wonder your parents didn't let you play M rated games. Afterall, you wanted to play COD.

Believe me, your parents are just trying to protect you from buying a crappy game like COD
