Do you think Kingdom Hearts III (or 3) should be on different systems than just the PS3? Even though it hasn't been confirmed what systems it will be on, it will most likely be PS3. I think it should release on Nintendo WiiU, PS3, 3DS, and PSVita. The 3DS is very capable of having amazing graphics, which Dream Drop Distance has shown us, and could be able to have graphics almost as good as PS3. We wouldn't want XBOX360 to ruin the graphics for us. We've all seen how much XBOX can drag the PS3 down, and even the PSVita could drag it down also. As for 3DS, the graphics are pretty amazing, and shure, it can hold a pretty long graphical movie as good as the PS3, but can it run an intire game like that? I think it could with enough time, but we don't want to wait anylonger than we have to. On a side note, I hope they do English voice acting and Japanese voice acting at the same time so we don't spoil everything until our version comes out. I havn't spoiled anything for KH 3D yet, but I don't know if I can hold out that long.

Thanks for reading, and please comment!

The 3DS has better graphics than the PSVita and PS2 and Wii! If you don't own a 3DS, then shut up. Whatever magizine you saw that had pictures of the 3DS's capabilaty, is just bull. For some stupid reason, they make the graphics look very ugly on youtube videos (most) and pictures in magizines. The graphics on Solid Snake, and Resident Evil are completely AMAZING! I own a 3DS and you should get one.

Those pictures are taken from the 3DS without upscaling or anything. so on a bigger screen, thats how they'd look. And I've played a 3DS many times before. It looks like Wii/PS2 on a handheld. The Vita clearly has better graphics with games like Uncharted as an example. They may not be console quality, but they are close enough to PS3 as a handheld can currently get. I take it you've never played a Vita nor an xbox. Either that or you love your 3DS a great deal to think its close to the PS3's graphics. I guess love is blind n some cases. Oh yeah, and Metal Gear Solid 3 is also being ported for the Vita as part of the HD collection. You should find a comparison of all 4 versions of just that game and tell me which one looks best.

I do love the 3DS but I'm being truthfull from my point of view. I've played Vita 3 times, and Uncharted is a good graphical game, better than most games on 3DS. I've played XBOX 360 at least 40 times, and sometimes the graphics are horrible.

Sometimes thats not the system's fault. That's the developers' fault.

I know that. And I never said that the 3DS has graphics as good as the PS3. I just said in some cases it has some special videos that are somewhat close to the PS3's gameplay capibility.

More like PS2/Wii quality

No, Kingdom Hearts 3D runs on an UPGRADED version of the PSP's Birth by Sleep, which nomura stated looked better than any other PSP game.

I guess fanboy-ism is blind n all cases.

Fixed.

I will not lie, if i didnt run out of likes, i would've liked the hell out of that.

The WiiU will most definately be more powerful than X360 and PS3. . . both those systems are six years old so technically the WiiU will be more powerful. Since the WiiU would be in its first year of its life cycle when III comes out, developers wouldn't be using the systems full potential (and games would be designed for mainly PS3 and Xbox) so wouldn't be optimised for that console. The developers wouldn't know the system as intimately as they do the ps3 and x360.

I think that KHIII will release for Xbox 360 and PS3 then WiiU a few months after the other games releases (because optimisation/creating uses for the controller would would make developement longer). If KHIII isn't on WiiU it would be because of the controller, not the hardware.

Neither the 3DS or the Vita are running at full system usage, so it is entirely plausible for a 3DS game to look better than a Vita game (since the 3DS has been out for a year longer than Vita) but in four years time the Vita will continue to produce cutting edge graphics whereas the 3DS will have already reached its full potential.

That would so not happen. For business reasons the game will launch on all platforms on the same day, simply how it goes. Furthermore the controller screen wouldn't delay the Wii U version at all. Separate sub teams are put together for porting a game to each supported system, they'll have the entire development cycle of the base build of the game to make system specific adjustments.

I have heard, however, that Wii's graphical capabilities are more powerful than PS2, but they are not well used.

This is true, the Wii has so much potential but developers just don't use all of it. Take Twilight Princess for example, that game was gorgeous for a Wii title. But as much as I love my 3DS, I would have to see to believe it having better graphics than the Vita.

In reply to the topic, I think KH3 should be only on main consoles, no handhelds please. Even if that means making me get a PS3 I wouldn't mind. You guys do realize that developers who make multiplatform games make them for 360 first? They then make it for PS3.

Darksiders II is being released on Wii U after the PS3 and X360 versions . . . so we still don't entirely know the patterns of release. This game is probably being released late on Wii U because the system wouldn't be released at the time of the games release but its still not 100% certain if the system hinders porting. If the system does represent a problem some game developers wouldn't delay release of versions that are 100% complete just for the Wii U . . . especially considering that this user base would probably be considerably smaller than the PS3/X360 user base.

tutti frutti. In a sense I would hope that KH3 would be a multiplatform. Since some of the games in the KH series have been on a variety of consoles already. I would think that since Square has already done this, that they would give gamers the opportunity to place they KH series without have to go out and buy another console just to play a KH game. For example: take KH3D, for those that would have a Vita and wanted to play the game, they would have to buy a 3DS over just purchasing the game itself. This is something that I thought would have been good with BBS. Graphics aren't the only thing that makes up a good video game. Graphics aside, I think that it's very much possible for KH3 to be on a multiplatform to take place. If Square wanted to make the KH series a Sony exclusive, they wouldn't have KH games on roughly 5 different consoles between two different companies.

Not all. Square Enix started FF13 on PS3, then made it multiplatform. Same thing with the last two Naruto Shippuden Ultimate ninja storm games.

I can understand that about FF. But I guess it depends on the company. Thanks for clearing that up, I didn't want to be giving out wrong info.
