Toonami, one of Cartoon Network's most well known (and only decent) block. It's finally returned after Naruto the "new Dragon Ball Z" killed it. Yes it killed it. All the way to the very end. They put up so much money just for Naruto. And they ended up showing 2 episodes of it per Saturday with Ben 10. This is what killed Toonami... but that's a different story. Is the new Toonami a fail? It's currently showing 6 animes' for 3 hours starting at 12:00 A.M. on AdultSwim every Saturday. Bleach, Cowboy Bebop, Deadman Wonderland and I forgot the others. They don't have and Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Naruto, or Fairy Tail. Not saying it has to but it would be smart for them to get these anime considering their popularity and the fact that it would put them back in business. They don't have much money or faith for the new Toonami block and neither do I. Bleach, Deadman Wonderland, and Cowboy Bebop are the only good animes' they have up there and the only one that I think will attract viewers are bleach. So the reason they may not have any DBZ, OP, FT, or Naruto is A. Their competitors (Disney, Nick, 4Kids) already are broadcasting the shows or B. They don't have enough money to show these animes'. Likely choice A as DBZ Kai is on two channels. What do you think about the new Toonami? Is it a fail or not?

Of course for Fairy Tail they may have to negotiate with FUNimation because the show is currently airing on their channel. Cashern Sins is as well but not as often. And Deadman Wonderland, which also uses the FUNimation dub is not currently airing on that channel.

Didn't they stop subbing episodes after Episode 48, The Festival Games Arc?

You know Razorwind, your threads are still ignorant and still amusing to read. Let me tell you with so many things wrong with your post that nobody seems to pointed out.

FIrst off, Cartoon Network itself already lost its rights to Naruto and Dragon Ball Z. Why do you think Naruto is broadcasted on Disney xD and Dragon Ball Z Kai on Nick? The companies made contractions to them to get their shows broadcasted on their channels.

Even if they could get back the rights, they can't get the money because whiney kids like you complain about them having shows already broadcasted on Adult Swim AND NOT DBZ OMG, instead of just watching the damn thing and helping them out so that they COULD do what you complain about.

I don't even mind what they're broadcasting anyway. Showing off animes that are basically diamonds in the rough is could for people like me. I liked Deadman Wonderland and Casshern was meh, but still worth a shot watching. Everybody likes Bleach for the most part along with Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, and Cowboy Bebop is such a great anime. Watching them is fine either way.

But I think I get lots of lulz from your obvious ignorant responses about why Toonami got canceled:

Oh look at that, not a surprise. It's more Naruto hate. So you joined the bandwagon for what, the third god damn time? How many times are you going to blame Naruto for everything? How can you like a show when you completely bash on it constantly on this site? Can we blame Naruto for the United State's bad economy or for why marijuana is illegal? Because a bunch of firetrucking ninjas causes so many problems for everyone? I can keep asking questions all day about it.

Do you really know why Toonami got canceled? Some things actually point to Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network constantly changed the schedule of Toonami so many times. Did you think it was only on Saturdays? No, it was on Mondays, then it got switched to Tuesdays, I think it even went to Thursdays, and then finally it ended up on Saturdays. It really screwed over Toonami quite a bit. And let's not forget about the 2007 Boston bomb scare that happened with Adult Swim's Aqua Team Hunger Force stupid movie. With that event, the president of Cartoon Network actually resigned, and they had to put in a new guy. Toonami ended in 2008. Right before that, they had a new logo change CN. And after Toonami is when those reality shows start popping up. I'm not saying that new president basically canceled Toonami, but this president was doing a lot of changes to Cartoon Network, even itself was dying at that time.

But the real reason why Toonami got canceled was because of its ratings. Ratings were low, like really low. Less and less people were watching it and less money was being made. And what ended up happening with their ratings was that a lot of shows that had on there was got removed really quickly. One of them in mind was Mars. They had that up for a while, and then bam, it was gone. Want to know something? Remember Tom's last incarnations, the last one that ended up being a really a shitty looking one, and you know which one I'm talking about. You know by then it was leading up to Toonami's downfall when they had to make a really crappy Tom and crappier robot companions with it. And a lot of parents complained about Toonami being violence and blood, since Toonami barely censored the shows, which is what made Toonami also about. They didn't give a shit about blood running across someone's face. They just wanted to show the people some awesome action. There are many more reasons why it got canceled but these the best that we know.

And you know, it's pretty ironic too. There's a reason why Naruto was broadcasted for two episodes, making it an hour, on Toonami. Naruto was actually saving Toonami's ass. Naruto is such a big anime that broadcasting it on any channel can boost the ratings really high. And that's what Naruto did. Naruto boosted the ratings, otherwise they wouldn't of made Naruto two episodes on Saturdays. It saved Toonami for a while, until everyone got sick of Naruto, because originally everyone loved that thing to death. It made a lot of revenue and eventually, it would stop and that's when Toonami had to call it quits. And maybe that seems to make you assume that Naruto caused the downfall of Toonami, but even if you could come with that assumption, I can't see how one show took down an entire program.

Please, do EVERYONE a favor, and educate yourself because you can act like Mr. Rightous. This is why people believe in this stuff that things like Naruto killed Toonami, then they go home, and rant about it on the Internet like yourself. When you make this shit look like a fact, then you'll just a fool. I hope to god you don't watch Toonami next Saturday, so I don't get to read anymore of your silly nonsense that ends up in these people's brains.

Tom U Mad Bro? This is actually why I was avoiding the site a bit because you have people saying ridiculous things like "kiddies learn lessons from Tom". Anyway, it's my opinion that Naruto killed it. I didn't even read half of your worthless post so you wasted your time. "you win, I"m a troll", whatever. I don't care. I'll simply like your post becuase that'll make you feel great for spending 20 minutes just to try and prove someone wrong. And I'd like to know where you got some of your facts.

I had to lol at this so hard. This is gold. Pure gold right here, ladies and gentleman.

Would of been better if you just avoided the site completely so I don't have people saying ridiculous things like, "LOLNARUTOKILLEDTOONAMI".

Your opinion is terrible. Get a new one.

If you didn't read it, you couldn't be able to reply to comment with a logical response or something even remotely resonable, like I have. So instead you just tell me I wasted my time, but in reality, now people get read something that makes sense. It's another way of saying, "I got butthurt after the first sentence but I won't actually say that so I'll make Tom look bad as I do in the meantime".

I never called you a troll, but quoting my post without actually making the response in that post is just wasting bandwith. Where's the joke Razorwind, I don't see it. Oh you're not joking? But I guess the Edit button is completely foreign to you.

I feel SO terrific to tell you that I am right. Yep. Boost my own ego, eh?'s Of course it's not sarcasm, and it's not because your responses are mere idiotic opinions that you totally don't complain about on this site all time. Nope nope.

I'm rather loling at your silly responses. But I think you're the one that might just be a little mad. You didn't bother to read my response, easily quick to be butthurt, trying the whole U MAD BRO when we know you're mad yourself, more assumptions in order to combot reasoning, and overall, now you're doing the whole I WANT TO SEE UR FACTS WHEN I COULDNT EVEN GET MY OWN BECAUSE IT WAS GASPS AN OPINION THAT ISNT ACTUALLY THE TRUE CAUSE OF TOONAMIS DOWNFALL http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.png

http://www.toonamiaf...t-ended-toonami

But there you go. I found out through many sites but you'll find pretty much everything there.

You're welcome.

So then the reason Toonami came back was because of all the worthless crap they air on Cartoon Network now isn't getting high ratings?

No...?

As far as I know, Toonami is back up because of Adult Swim's April Fools joke by basically doing Toonami, people asked for it back, they went on Twitter and asked them if they wanted Toonami back, and that's how it all lead up to it's airing.

It's k man. Don't intend on leaving the site any time soon. Not even the combined powers of Koko make your posts worth reading :D. And U still mad bro? Keep bumping my thread. I don't go on the Internet every day to practice arguing like some of you.
