June 7, 201213 yr Type-0 is quite a long game so I'm not surprised if its even gonna be released this winter or being upgraded to the Vita. Unless they are working on a 'International' version ala FFX and FFXII : International and will be shown at TGS this year so it can be released along side the English version or expect nothing. It can go one way or another. =/
