You go to the top of the forum category and to the right you see a blue button that says "New Thread". Click that and a page should come up with the thread title (where you name the thread whatever you want) and then the body of the thread is in the middle where you type what you want to post and then you click the button at the bottom that says "Post thread". It is basically the same way that you made your Introduction thread. ~Hope that helped.
