Yeah, i think they are.

 

Anyways, just go to your wifi settings, change your Primary DNS to what it says at the top of the website, look for the pokemon you want, send it, retrieve it, done. http://www.pokegts.us/Default.aspx

Action Replay. I recommend usage on a DS or DSi. Don't risk it on a 3DS.

I did several of those events with an Action Replay. There's codes for pretty much all the events.

Plus you can have 999 Masterballs http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/cool.png *is lazy when it comes to catching legendaries.... which normally takes me hours*
