So yeah Ign Cueb3 and other reviewers that im too lazy to type said that its the best portable yet. But many people still thinks its a useless "side story" Which is wierd since it isnt... .. Well its definitely not a useless side story since it bridges the plot straight into KH3. However, i do agree the drop mechanic is flawed . Being forced to drop mid boss fight and then having to restart the fight when you return to it is a legitimate reason to be annoyed .

At least they fixed the health bar issue that was in the Japanese version, and you can drop right back to what you were doing; so it's not really a huge issue. owo

Yes i agree but it wouldve been a better idea to have your health bar and the enemies health bar stay the exact same as you left it ..That wouldve been the better solution.

hmm, probs. but i liked the old flaw. dropping inbetween a boss fight, and having to start again, it gives us a challenge and also. gives us the chance to plan ahead etc. i am 100% certain thats what they were planning to do at first because its such a easy thing to fix. nomura must have wanted us to have that challenge, hence why when they fixxed it, i was pissed off like hell.

This game looks amazing and the storyline is going to be important to KH 3. I think that people just want KHIII so badly that they really dont want to play anything but. But what no one has connected yet is that every "side story" they have come up with is actually relevent to the main KH storyline. So while numbered titles are awesome and I am excited that they are more than likely finally doing KHIII, I think that KH is a multilayered story that cannot just be told through numbered titles. BBS while not on a console was one of the most amazing "side stories" ever. And the relevance to the story is astronomical! I mean sure I guess we could go with out knowing what started this venture. But the story would feel incomplete.

 

Anyway long story short, I think KH3D is going to be just as epic, I love the Drop feature as it is a creative and inovative way to switch between two of the most important characters in the series! While collecting dream eaters seems odd in the KH universe, I think it will be fun to raise and see the differences in them all.

So let them say what there gonna say. I think it takes a true KH fan to appreciate all the aspects of every title, even if its a "side story".

lol yeah, if i was doing a level 1 challenge....and the dream eater boss was taking like 10 thousand years to kill, and then the dream gauge came and all i had was 30 seconds.....left and it still had 2 bars left, and then i dropped and came back to see that it had full hp. I'd be pissed.

Well I guess these days thanks to the internet you really dont have to play the game. But I will say even though the wern't the same battle systems or whatever, but I really enjoyed every KH story, and replaying and what not have kept me mostly busy till the next one comes out.

I dont know if this will suprise you guys but people dont even want to watch the cutscenes because of the graphics or because its nintendo

since KHIIFM? and BBS? also you could be level 1 in coded, and level one in 365/2 days too. all of the new games have critical sort of things (level 1 challenges etc) so i am assuming this has the same.

 

BTW got my game.....its fun! and so beautiful

Hmm can you not level up or just keep minimum health?

at the beginning you get the no exp ability which is equip able at anytime in the game. you will only gain what is given through the stories and bosses….but a level one playthrough is quite impossible in this. the enemies are smarter and surrounding you and hitting you. the gameplay isnt anything much different then bbs
