I just finished the game, and want to start a new file on critical mode. It said that dream eaters will transfer over. Will i also have all the abilities from them? like super glide from the ryu dragon?

 

And what is the "extra content" unlocked when you over write your save?

 

and final question, is there any point in defeating julius for the Ultima weapon, or getting the end of pain? Do they transfer over? seems kind of pointless to get them considering they are only available at the end of the game.

You can transfer dream eater from a save file idk about the abilities and they do not transfer over keyblades I think

I belive super glide will transfer because it is a command but other abilities such as leaf bracer or Hp boost must be unlocked again

I've just startet a new game and none of the commandos were taken over and the Spirits are all reset to lv 1 (this includes their abilities that have to be unlocked again)

but if you had the dragon with super glide commando then you will have this in short time

 

and it seems that with new game + the AR-Card with the 1 out of 3 Spirits is useless when you already used it

soo say if you started your first save file, and you used the the AR-Card with the 1 out of 3 Spirits, but you got a spirit you dont want and you restart the game, will the same ar card be valid to scan?

Well Yeah you can transfer your spirits into a Critical Mode Save File AKA(New Game+).

it'll get invalid when you used it and save your game, but if you delete the Spirit you've got from it you can use the card again...but the Spirit will always be the same

so you have to save, use the AR-Card...if, for example, Ursa Circus appears but you wanted Sudo Neku then restart and try again

 

or short: it's invalid when you have the Spirit from it in your team

interesting... so if i get the spirit i dont want, i just restart the game (no saving) and try again?

you don't have to restart the complete game

you can save before using the card and if you don't get your Spirit load your save file and try again
