RP Background

Before there were heartless. Before there were nobodies. There were the keyblade-wielders. With power unparalleled in combat, and the abilities to wield great strength, these lucky few were the ones entrusted with keeping the world safe. Many followed the way of light, using it to their advantage in a quest to help people. But a growing number are beginning to realize that it's not the only way. Some are utilizing a darkness, long since locked away, and reaching potential thought impossible by the ways of light. To them, the power is worth it, to help those they cherish or gain selfish power for themselves. Either for good reasons or bad, some are turning to the ways of darkness, and their rate is growing at an unnerving speed.

War seems inevitable. In this time there is a king of all worlds; long before Mickey came to rule. He (or she depending on gender, see below) has seen the growing tide of dark influences, and the unrest it has caused with the followers of light. So the king has called forth all the great Keyblade Masters to the caslte, and in their wake come students and other such keyblade wielders as well, in hopes to quell the unrest, and settle the matter between the two factions. But we all know that such a thing won't come to pass. War will happen, the attempts of the king, whether it is to restore light or to simply bring peace even with the acceptance of darkness, will in the end be nothing. But still, it must be attempted. Still, something must be done. For however this keyblade war will end, those who are part of it must fight for what they believe in with all their might, for it is their determination that shall pave the way to the future of all worlds.

 

 

Outline of RP

The RP begins in the Castle of All Worlds, what will later be known as Disney Castle. All of your characters will be there for one reason or another; perhaps they are a keyblade master who has gained great respect over a long career, or perhaps just a student who has come along with their master or came without invitation to simply see what was going on. And of course, anywhere in between. Be creative. The position of the King or Queen will be one I hope one of you will fill. I will allow the first submission looking to be King or Queen to get the position as long as their sign up form is accepted. From there on, whether you are King, Master, student, or anything in between, you must choose where you stand on the light/dark spectrum, from a steadfast supporter of the ways of light, or someone who's found their way into darkness, or perhaps in the process of deciding. Remember all this when going forward, and thanks for reading all this, so just read the rules, fill out the sign up form, and let's get this RP going!

 

Rules:

-One Character per person, this is so you get invested in your single character and interactions with other RPers, as opposed to just trying to make your own mini-story with a bunch of your own characters. You are allowed to create some action and dialogue for minor characters around you, though.

 

-Do your very best to stay with the RP. If you sign up, please don't abandon it, I'd love to see an ending to whatever story we all tell together. This is especially true for the person who will become King or Queen.

 

-Try to spell as best you can, proper grammar would also be appreciated as well as you can provide it.

 

-This is not your story alone. Create as fleshed out a character as you can, but remember that your interaction with others is where the magic happens, so try to stay involved with others as well.

 

-No unreasonably powerful abilities, or god-modding. I will hold you to the abilities you list on your character form, that is how I'll decide whether they are reasonable enough for the RP.

 

-Intricate planning and twists are allowed and encouraged, I suggest using messaging with the other players involved to plan it out. Make the story as interesting as possible.

Zanox turned, eyes yellow, purple mist forming around. He then continued, until you could no longer see him. A Giant purple explosion erupted from where he disappeared to. Tiny purple meteors showered from it, causing holes when they landed. Zanox was almost down the bend, leading far off into the distance, toward a cliff.

"Hey nice to meet you," Axus said as he faced Lexia. "Can someone get Zexon? I'm too weak to travel there fast," Axus said childishly.

Rexon walked up to Saez, notices the small dark aura, but instead asks: "KIng Saez, do you think someone behind the scenes is thinking up some sort of master plan? If so, that invasion has to be a large first step."

"Do you really think a spy or something would be stupid enough to go to a place where there's an horde of keyblade wielders?" Axus asked sarcastically. Axus then turned to Saez. "Isn't there a source of power that would safeguard the castle from darkness?" Axus asked.

Zanox turned around and walked back to the group. He looked, and fired 5 giant red meteors in the sky, targeting the group from above. Zanox walked away without saying anything.

OOC: Sorry I haven't posted. Lots of chizz goin' on.

 

Juno's head was swimming now. Whatever was happening to that boy Zanox, it was releasing an incredible amount of darkness. She blinked, still trying to clear the haze that had unexpectantly overtaken her. Nathan had asked her something only moments ago, and that girl... the young Master had as well... but she couldn't understand anything they had said. Juno fell back against the castle wall. Saez and Zanox seemed miles away, and yet she could feel the dark aura from here. She could see five red streaks fire into the sky as Zanox walked away, but she recognized the spell's resonant aura.

 

Juno pulled herself up, stumbling forward. "Saez... Nathan... get every... one... away..." Drawing on the strength she could put together, she summoned the Saint Cross, lifting it above her head. Juno took a deep breath, closing her eyes. When she opened them again, they glowed with a brilliant white light, Holy pillars rapidly surrounding the courtyard. The spell continued to multiply until the entire courtyard was bathed in the spell, Holy magic firing up into the air. It clashed with Meteor, the projectiles breaking up before dissolving completely. The light died down as Juno fell forward, hey Keyblade shattering into white glints as she hit the ground.

Axus disappeared from sight and reappeared to the fallen Juno. "Sorry but I can't let you live," Axus whispered to her. He put on a mask and bent down. Axus touched Juno releasing alot of dark energy into her body. "You'll fall into it soon. This darkness is really strong," Axus whispered. With that, he took off his mask and disappeared.

Rexon turned around and saw Axus send darkness into Juno before he left. Shaking his right fist angrily, he thinks: Just fantastic!! One incident after another. Rexon rushes to Juno; concerned he asks: "Hey, your going to be okay right?"

"Looks like another one saw me. I'm really loosing my stealth," Axus said as he appeared behind Rexon. "What are you doing here?" Axus asked softly.

Rexon, a little shocked and very angry replies: "What do you think jerk?! I came to help a woman, who was down on the groud and didn't have your keyblade out!! Why did you send darkness inside her huh?!?"

"Darkness resides in each of us. It's up to us to fight or embrace it," Axus said. "Come let me show you," Axus said. "Let hell begin," He said softly.

Rexon: "That doesn't give you the right to forcefully inject something like darkness into a person with a lowered guard! Seems like I have to teach you a lesson!" Rexon summons out Shining Truth and makes a horizantal slash at Axus.

Axus easily dodged the blow and crossed behind Rexon. "You're too slow," Axus said as he pushed Rexon. "Come on. I know you have more skills than that. I could have killed you right there," Axus said sounding a little disappointed.

Rexon, laughing with excitement says: "Of course I do. But..." Rexon jumps away from Axus, fires some light orbs and make a quick four slash combo. Rexon: "If I actually use them, then you would be in a new world made of pain and regret!"

"Master Juno! Someone, hurry!" Anya sprinted over to Juno, ignoring the fight. She knelt at the Master's side, trying to think of a way to safely flush the darkness out. I knew there was a reason I didn't like the Axus person. She thought grimly.

Axus looked at Anya. "Back off," Axus said as he knocked Anya away with a little blast of darkness.

Rexon: "You really have to do that?!" Rexon sends a larger blast of light that sends the dark blast upward and dissapear.

"You know, you're starting to tick me off," Axus said as he charged at Rexon.

Zanox was sure that no one was following him. RZ (Real Zanox) Cried inside. "Could i please have a break?" ZE (Evil Zanox/ Zanox Evil/ Fake Zanox) Stopped RZ's body. "You sure?" "I'm sure." "Fine. 13 Minutes." The Possessor replied as it shot out. "D'ah!" Zanox cried as the darkness escaped. "I Have a question, Zanox." Possessor said slyly. "If you wanted something, what would it be and what consequence would you have to face?" Zanox was fortunately just as sly. "You think i'd tell you?" "I Was expecting that." "Huhmp. Doesn't it shake you up?" "Nah. I don't mind. I Like to give my victims breaks." "You sound like an idiot." "Same with you." "Smart ABlade. I've got to go to bed.....No! I Can't!" Zanox fell alseep any way. "Yes, sleep my little Victim." Possessor laughed as it scanned Zanox's mind. "Seems like you wish for everyone to live and you to sacrifice yourself so the world can be full of peace as a consequence. Well, i'll make sure that becomes true, Only without that happy ending." Possessor laughed evily.

Rexon sarcastically replies: "That is a very scary statement!" while quickly dodging the charge and does a four slash combo again.

"You missed," Axus said behind Rexon as he grabbed Rexon's head and slammed it to the floor. "Let me let you in on a little secret. I assassinate Keyblade masters. Killing you is a piece of cake," Axus whispered in Rexon's ear.

"Master! Master of darkness!" Possessor yelled. "Uh what?" Zanox woke up. "Uh, nothing. Nothing Zanox." "You seem to be very persistent in your job, don't you."

 

"Nope." Possessor replied. I've earned all the data i need to obtain. Now to just find a place to get rid of the shell. Possessor thought, laughing to itself. "C'mon Bub-Boo! We're going back!" "Fine get in." Possessor charged into Zanox's body, again filling half of his heart with darkness.

Darkness.

 

Juno opened her eyes, taking in her surroundings. She sat on a platform, its stained glass top stretching at least a dozen meters in each direction. She hadn't been in this place in what seemed like forever. The Saint Cross lay in front of her, the rainbow light casting a kaleidoscope across her figure. Was it time for a reawakening? She could feel the darkness more than see it as it creeped along the edges of her heart, licking the glass that illuminated her spirit. Even though she was alone, she could hear voices.

 

Anya... one of the students. And the other... it was one of the dark wielders. Something was happening in the outside world. Was it beginning? Their worst fears? She couldn't leave Nathan alone in that. Nathan and Saez... she had to protect them!

 

Juno took another deep breath, a cold wisp flicking out from between her lips. A wave of light rippled like waves in a pond across the glass, cleansing the darkness that threatened to consume her heart, its tendrils breaking apart with a flashing gleam. Juno picked up her Keyblade, standing in the center of the pillar. She could feel the tickle of the darkness releasing her, the light at her feet intensifying exponentially. No amount of darkness could stop her. No amount of darkness could hold her back.

 

Juno's eyes shot open, Saint Cross flashing into her hand in the instant it took her to jump to her feet. She spun around, Holy magic rocketing up behind her. It jutted out to each side, and enormous white cross consuming every inch of darkness in the courtyard. The ribbons on Juno's dress danced wildly, her hair flowing like blue waves. She spun her Keyblade point-down, driving it into the ground with ease. It released a shockwave which expanded in all directions before rapidly drawing back in on itself with a resounding heavy CLICK. The light died down as the cross dissolved, both light and darkness draining from the region. Juno stepped forward, pulling Rexon away from Axus. She stood between them, Keyblade in hand. "This insiurrection is over, Axus." She held a hand toward him, a small light flickering before dying out. "I've locked this region. No light. No dark. I'm giving you a rare choice. Surrender..." She pointed the blade's tip at him. "or run."

EZ Rushed itself and Zanox back. "Uh what's happening?" Zanox asked. "Sshhh!" Possessor said. "What are you talking about?" "Oh. Um. I um.." "Possessor was trapped! "Tell me now." "You think I'd let you free?" Possessor Chuckled. "I don't take orders from you Imbecile. Also, no one can hear you when you're trapped." "No one?" "No One." "No.........One........" "Well, no one should...ah! Why do i keep blurting out? I'm so smart to scan your mind, but I keep messing up?" "Blurting?" Good thing I Kept the scan to myself. "I Asked you a question." "I'm refusing. You have no idea how i'm ruining your life right now. Everyone's hearing what I say, but not you!" Zanox felt like crying, but Possessor controlled him now. He couldn't even make himself cry. "Everyone sees you has some sort of wacko, thinking your talking to you're self, but i am accomplishing to make your life a shambles while I am talking to you." Possessor was very pleased on what it was doing to make the poor lad's life miserable.

Rexon, annoyed and furious replies: "First of all, stop with the constant reappearing-behind-my-back gig, it's very annoying! Second of all, I'm gonna feel that next morning. Third and most important, I'm not your average wielder!!" Rexon stands up, holds his keyblade with both hands, and starts gathering electricity.
