Yes Hades is a Villain in Kingdom hearts but He is not a main villain. I didn't ask for Disney villain I asked for Kingdom Hearts Villain Maleficent is an exception because she is a main protagonist.

Out of those, Vanitas.

Vanitas... idiot.

I love Vanitas. He's such a smug bastard and it's amazing. Plus Haley Joel Osment totally nailed that shit. Voice was perfect. I'll always love that outfit. And Void Gear(thats what Vanitas Sentiment's keyblade is called. not sure if the name holds true for Vanitas' version) has one of the best Keyblade designs in the series. And that mask. So mysterious. And he always gives you a good fight.

You mean antagonist.And I went with Xehanort. Because anyone voiced by Leonard Nemoy gains +100 epicness.
