Are there any glitches in the US version that I need to avoid?

Posted

Are there any glitches in the US version of Kingdom Hearts 3D that I need to avoid? I've heard something about a secret portal glitch... is that in the US version? Are there any other big glitches, and how do I avoid them?

And should KH13 see if they could put together a glitch guide?

The game is pretty glitchy, yeah

I haven't encountered anything game breaking yet, but there's a distinct lack of polish

Still fun though. best KH is a while

I've heard about the secret portal glitch but I'm not sure if it's in the US version. There is a minor glitch where your dream eater will turn invisible xD Resummoning it usually fixes it. Riku also froze in one world and I was forced to drop. When I came back to his story he wasn't frozen anymore so that fixed it.

The secret portal glitch is triggered by the "Keyblade War" flashback, right after Riku first drops. (kudos to a guy from KHinsider for figuring this out). So, you can avoid the glitch by skipping that particular flashback when it gives you the option. Its safe to watch it any other point in the game though.
