The circus has always been a wonderful place. Full of cheers,magic and laughter. So many skits,so many animals,so many tricks. A magical experience for people of all ages. Traveling all over the globe. There is one part of the circus though,that has always been special. One filled with fear,disgust,amazement.

THE FREAK SHOW

People would be attracted by the sayings of misformed creatures,monsters that could only appear in your nightmares. Unhuman beings that have been 'captured',born the way that they are. Unhuman,creatures of hell...people would pay money to see them,and of course,we showed them. Some would be scared,others would be amazed,many would have to be escused out of the tent to vomit their lunch...after we presented our show,we would pack up and leave until the next year or two. But not without bringing with us a couple of 'suveniers'.

Some of our bests shows are starting to grow old,so what we do is pretty simple. Whenever you children come to our circus. We watch you as you enjoy the show. Within the time,we choose a few of you,the 'chosen ones' if you preffer. When you leave the show,we slightly follow you~ When you fall asleep. We kidnap you~ If you get lost from your parents,wonder off,or even come alone by yourself...we'll make you ours. From that night on,you belong with us. You will be a part of our family,our shows,especially,our FREAK SHOW. If you already have a talent,fantastic,if you don't,it won't matter anyways.

We will fix you up ourselves.

Our special doctors will be more than happy to experiment on your bodies. To make you part of our show...to make you part of our family.

Carriges,trailers and cars rode down the road into a town. Music could be heard sounding from the big speakers that sorrounded the main carrige that leaded the way. People looked out of their homes and stopped what they were doing to stare as they passed by. Animals and a few people walking besides the carriges. "WELCOME EVERYONE,THE CIRCUS HAS ARRIVED! WE WILL BE PREFORMING TONIGHT AT 8! ATTEND OUR SPECTACULAR PREFORMANCE!" Flyers were being throwned out of the carriges into the streets for people to read about the show. In big letters the flyers said 'FREAK SHOW CIRCUS' with a drawing of their circus tent in its full bloom. Alexander who leaded the main carrige simply looked foward and a soft smile as they all passed through the town. Eventually they reached a clearing. It was big and spacy. This was perfect for them. The carrigers slowly started to organize themselves in a semi circular form and they all stopped. Alexander jumped off the carrge and patted the horses. He looked up and took out a golden cane that had laces and strings of different colors around it. "Alright everyone,lets get to work!"Alexander says,announcing that it was time to set things up for tonight's preformance. With that,he tapped down his cane,having all of the doors of the carriges,cars and trailers open,revealing the wonders,the staffs,the freaks.

(Sorry guys, i've been on, but my internet was acting up, so most of the time i was using my phone and wouldn't have been able to post)

 

"Hey, Alexander, next time you try something that stupid....i'll save that Slender Man the trouble and kill ya myself." said Stampede as he caught his breath. Jaws was catching his breath as well. "Man, i hope that's just a dry threat Stampede....i want a piece of him to....if he does that again, i'll take out his good eye." said Jaws. Stampede and Jaws then continued walking around, checking on everyone, especially the new arrivals. "Well, it looks like everyone is alright...some in a state of shock, but still alright." said Jaws. "What are you saying, i'll take down that Slender Man myself if i ever see him again...and i mean that, he'll get a taste of the African wildlife." said Stampede. "And the jaws of a Great White." said Jaws. "Alright, who's not dead....sound off." said Stampede. "Ok, that's a little to cliche, don't you think bro?" asked Jaws.

Kurai sighed, jumping down, walking to the carrige made for the animals. Kurai opened the door to see little Yuki down, kneeling on the ground petting a foal. "Kurai?" he asked innocently. "Yes?" she asked, folding her wings. Yuki ran up and hugged her tight. "Are you okay?" he asked. "I'm fine, don't worry." she whispered, putting her chin on his head. "Kurai, your bleeding." he stated, looking at my arm. "It's just a scratch from a tree branch." Kurai snapped calmly. Yuki turned back around and put the horse up. He turned his head slightly, looking sharply at Kurai, giving an indisciqe dark smile. "Yuki. Get a hold of yourself." she yelled, telling him not to let the lion kill her. "Sorry Kurai." he sighed, looking down. "It's fine, just don't do it again." she winked back, walking out of the carrige and to where Alexander was. "Yuki and the animal's are fine." she said giving Dr. Freaken Stein a sharp glare.

Riliane was quite shaken up from the attack. For a while, she was scared speechless. But she was happy that Felicia had been kind enough to stay near her, and for her help earlier.

When Azura asked if they were alright, Riliane nodded. It had been pretty much the scariest thing she had ever experienced, but she was fine. As far as everyone else knew. She was screaming and shaking on the inside, but almost totally calm and collected on the outside.

She tried to stand, but any movement at all made her back feel like it was on fire, despite the help she had gotten from Danielle and Felicia. She hoped she wouldn't be in that much pain for long. It would make it hard to run.

 

(Sorry for not posting in forever. I've been trying to actually get some sleep. )

Felicia got out of the carriage and looked around.

"Hey, Azure and Azura, I'm gonna go check something out ok?" She said, finally letting go of them.

She approached Alexander with a semi desperate, semi angry face.

"Alexander, I need to talk to you," She said strongly but softly. "Alone, please."

Azura and Azure satted with their backs against the wall. Dr.Fraken Stein looked down at Riliane and knelt down. "Let me see. Acid,alright. I think I have something for that here."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he looked through his bag and took out a small medicine encase. "Here we go."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he got his hand on some sticky,green,material. He then started to pass it on Riliane's back. "This might sting but I assure you it will help."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he passed it all over where the Acid had fallen. Azura and Azure stared and walked up to Dr.Fraken Stein. They got their hands in the medicine and started to pass it around Riliane's back as well. Alexander looked down at Felicia. "Sure thing."Alexander says. He extended his arms down and helped her up onto the roof. He then got her off the roof as the two stood on the floor. "Alright,what you need to talk about?"Alexander asks.

Shikira sat near a tree, happily eating an apple. she yawned, staring at the sky as she smiled. "The Circus..." she simply said, looking down at the ground. 'i wonder where they are...' she thought, taking another bite of her apple. she stared at the red remaining skin on the apple as it shined. she looked up at the leeves on the tree, smiling. a breeze came by, the leaves shaking on the tree's branches. she got up, taking another bite of her apple. she began to daydream of what it was like to be a wolf. 'that would be wonderful...' she thought, sitting back down and biting her apple. she threw the apple away, putting her arms behind her head as she closed her eyes. another breeze blew by, cooling her face as she took in a deep breath.

Felicia faced her head down, almost as if in shame.

"If I'm going to... Bring in circus performers, by luring kids away with my abilities, this has to be between you and me, I'll even erase the newcomer's memory of me being the one who put them here. The others can't know about this, or they'll shun me for sure."

She sensed Azure, Azura, Riliane, Danielle and the others outside, shaken up but for the most part ok.

"They are the only ones that make this situation livable. If they found out and hated me for helping... Well you, I don't know what I'd do."

She faced Alexander. "Ok? No one can know about me doing this."

Kurai assumed everyone was fine, so she flew out of the room and zoomed past Alexander. She then slowed her pace, now walking on the ground instead of the rooftops."Why if it isn't out dark angel flying like a mad man." one of the guards laughed. "Why do you care?" Kurai snapped, looking straight at the guard. "Because your not supposed to be flying the base unless commanded." the same guard yelled, pushing Kurai into her black carriage, tying her in chains. 'Strict' she thought, looking down.

Yuki stood at Azure and Azura's door. He doesn't show himself often. Yuki opened the door, looking at the twins with a frighten look. He then looked to Dr. Stein. "Um...sister Kurai is bleeding because she got scratched by a tree when Alexander was driving like crazy. She says she's fine, but you know she ALWAYS says that." Yuki said in a dark tone.

Alexander looked down at Felicia and noded. "Very well,don't worry about that. We all have our part in this circus."Alexander says. He grabbed her hand and shook it. He then let go. "Well,we're ready. Now you better get some rest. The sun will be rising soon and we will have to set up the tent for the show at the night."Alexander says as he walked over to the carrige. He knelt down and stuck out his tounge. It suddenly extended and slippered in,unlocking the door. He opened and looked inside to see Dr.fraken Stein taking care of Riliane. "Everyone get some good night sleep."Alexander says. He turned to Yuki. "You will be preforming tommorow night."Alexander says with a smile. Dr.Fraken Stein finished up with Riliane and got some plasters on her back. "That should help you heal and feel better in the morning."Dr.Fraken Stein says. He stood up and looked at Yuki. "I'll go take a look at her now."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he picked up his bag and walked out,Alexander following. Dr.Fraken Stein walked around. "Kurai,come here,let me take a look at that arm."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he walked around looking for her. He then took out a chocolate cookie. "I've got a cookie right here if you come peacefully."

Shikira yawned, staring at the sky. the stars delighted her, and she smiled. she waved her arm in the air, putting her hand on her head to see if she had wolf ears. nothing. she felt her nose to feel a wolf snout. nothing. she didn't bother feeling for a tail. "i'll never be a wolf..." she mumbled sadly, closing her eyes as she yawned again. she looked at an apple that sat next to her, and picked it up, and wiped it on her shirt. she took a small bite, soon noticing it was a sour apple. she spit it out, throwing the sour apple far away. 'eeewww.....' she thought, a disgusted and horrified look on her face. "how stupid am i to eat a sour apple? there disgusting!!" she yelled, covering her mouth. 'i have to be QUIET!!' she thought, putting a hand over her eyes as she looked around. nothing. "phew... that was close." she whispered, brushing her hair behind her ears as she smiled. "if i just be quiet, then noone will wonder what i'm doing out here.' she thought.

Kurai broke her chains and flew silently up to a wire implanted in the ceiling. "Yuki sent you, didn't he?" she asked, Looking down at the two. "He is kind of funny, wanting to protect me, but you know he has tried to kill me before...don't you?" she asked flying down to the ground. "It's not that big of a deal, but since we are all 'Family' then I guess it is." she said, pointing to the scratch on her right arm. "Alexander, what are you doing here?" she asked, looking sharply at him, taking the cookie out if Dr. Freken Stein's hand and crumbling it, dropping the crumbs on the ground. "Are you here to make sure I obey Dr. Stein? Or something else?" she asked.

daisy curled up in a corner andlooked at the window." can't wait till tomorrow when this is all done for no more annoying adults forcing me to clean up after everyoen else and do they'er chours and being pushed around" she yelled.she curled into a smaller ball and slightly made a purring sound." the circus will be here tomorrow i just know it for sure" she squeaked.the thought of her skin being dyed different colors." that would be so cool having colorful skin like that" she sang.there was a slam on the door making her jump and squeak really loud." shut up and go to sleep daisy tomorrow we are going to do lots of things you need your rest.

Kathie tucked her pistols in her pockets and watched as Alexander and Dr. Stein goes around the carriage making sure if someone was hurt or not. Kathie wasn't injured at all except she had some bruises from SLENDER MAN'S tentacles. Kathie sighed, 'Oh well,' Kathie checked out the damage, and looked over the other staffs so see if they were injured. Luckily, none of the staffs were injured, just frightened. Kathie gathered up all the supplies that fell onto the ground, and handed it to the staffs. When she heard Alexander saying that everyone can get a good night sleep, Kathie was glad. So Kathie headed to her trailer to get ready to go to sleep. Ada shifted back to human form and rubbed a bruise on her leg. Hopefully make up will cover up the bruise and scratches for the next show. Ada walked inside her trailer and hopped into her bed tired from the fight with SLENDER MAN. Shifting too much at once gives up most of Ada's energy, but a nice nap will do. Then Ada drifted to sleep.

Danielle scoffed at Alexzander. "With that thing out there? As if." she mumbled. There was no way she was going to get any sleep. She walked over to a carriage and sat down beside it. She leaned her head against it and looked up at the stars. They were at a good spot with a clearing in the trees. She could see them perfectly. She smiled slightly. Danielle began to feel the fatigue of using her powers and it exhausted her. She yawned and slowly started to close her eyes. Within minuets, she was asleep.

Shikira yawned again, staring at the stars. 'i would do anything to be a wolf... anything at all...' she thought as she smiled, turning her head and saw the moon, it's bright, silver shine delighting her even more. she felt her head for wolf ears a second time. nothing. 'darn...' she thought, slightly closing her eyes. "no, i have to stay awake. you never know when The Circus will open." she demanded, opening her eyes. she haden't gotten any sleep in over a week. "ugh... oh well. i need to stay awake." she said, yawning. she looked at an apple in front of her, staring at it. she picked it up and held it in front of her, staring at it. 'good... not a sour apple...' she thought, wiping it on her shirt. she took a small bite, happily chewing away. "delicious. simply delicious." she said with a smile, taking a bigger bite of her apple. she looked up at the sky and smiled, closing her eyes and drifting to sleep. her apple fell out of her hand as she slept peacfully.

Alexander stared. "Just to make sure you don't hurt our precious doctor. Anywho. As soon as Dr.Fraken Stein is done with your wound. Go to sleep. We have a preformance to do tommorow night,and the tent to prepare in the morning."Alexander says as he walked off. He walked into his cabin and closed the door. The door then dissapeared into smoke. His was one of the only cabins without windows. Dr.Fraken Stein walked over to Kurai and grabbed her arm. He heard her hiss. "Calm down. Don't worry."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he got a solution on the cut,cleaned up the blood and then wrapped some bandages around it. "Now get some sleep. We have a preformance tommorow,and a hunt for new recruits."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he made a bow and finished. "Good night Kurai."Dr.Fraken Stein says as he walked away and into his cabin for a good nights sleep.

 

~*Next Day*~

 

Alexander walked out of his cabin to be greeted with the sunlight. He smirked and played his flute. "Alright everyone! WAKE UP AND LETS GET GOING,MOVE MOVE MOVE!"Alexander yelled as the guards and the rest of the staff started to move around,starting to prepare to set up the tent. Alexander walked around knocking on everyone's doors to wake up. He knocked on Zander's door. "Zander,wake up!" Alexander then walked over to Danielle's carrige and knocked on the door. Thinking she was inside asleep. "You too Danielle!"Alexander says. He walked around and knocked on the carrige's doors with his cane. "Jaws,Stampede. Wake up you two."Alexander says. As he knocked on the door of another carrige. "Wake up Kathie. Please meet me by my carrige in a few. I want to talk to you about something."Alexander says. He knocked on the doors of a carrige. "Skye. Zephak. Wake up. Skye,by the way,you'll be preforming with Zephak tonight. So do get ready."Alexander says as he walked around. He knocked on Kurai's carrige and then on Yuki's. "Yuki and Kurai. Get up. Kurai. Please meet me by my carrige in a few. I want to talk to you about something."Alexander says. He then walked over to the carrige new recruits. He slammed the door open and slammed his cane on the wooden walls. "WAKE UP GUYS~ RILIANE,AZURA,AZURE,FELICIA!"Alexander yelled. The twins woke up abruptly as they satted up shaking a bit. "WHAT,WHEN,WHERE?"The twins asks. "Riliane,Azure,Azura. You three better get ready from now. You three will be preforming in tonight's preformance."Alexander says. The twins stared. "Are you,for real?"Azure asks. Alexander noded. He then tapped his cane an a casket of apples and some water bottles appeared. "Eat and get ready. Also,Felicia. Please meet me by my carrige in a few. I want to talk to you about something."Alexander says as he walked away.

Kurai flew out of her cage, Yuki walked over to get him something to eat. "What dose Alexander want?" she asked, crossing her arms. Yuki looked at Kurai. "I dont know, he is mad at you I would think, you were acting mean last night." he snapped, walking to her. "I was tired last night." she said to him. "Thats no excuse, you shouldn't be bossing people around." Yuki yelled, clutching on to Kurai's injured arm. "I hope this doesn't effect your performance tonight, little weak dark angel." Yuki yelled. "I hope your performance dose not miss up tonight either." she hissed, flying up and eating her half of an apple. "I do not trust people here." she whispered silently to herself. "Hey, Im here, what do you want?" Kurai asked grimly, soaring down to Alexander.

Shikira looked at the morning sun, yawning. she picked up an apple and wiped it on her shirt, taking a big bite out of it. she grew bored, throwing her apple in the air and catching it. she looked down at the ground, smiling as she yawned. she then grew angry with herself. "why did i fall asleep?!" she yelled, covering her mouth. "i need to be QUIET." she whispered, annoyed with herself. "how stupid am i to fall asleep? i told myself i wouldn't fall asleep!" she whispered, clearly annoyed. she got up and looked at the sky. she sighed, smiling as she begun to hum a Circus tune. 'now if only i could find them...' she thought, taking another bite of her apple. "and if only i could find a better place to stay..." she mumbled, throwing her apple far away.

Felicia stood up and stretched, experiencing that first few seconds of peace when you first wake up, before everything that's previously happened flows back into your memory again and you remember where you are, why you're here, and what you're here to do.

She heard Alexander mention he wanted to talk to her, and although she had a pretty good idea of what it was, knowing Alexander it could still be anything.

She slipped her black flats on her feet and groggily walked to where she sensed Alexander was, yawning a few times along the way.

Alexander turned to Kurai. "There you are."Alexander says. He picked up a big stack of papers and handed them to Kurai. "Please be a sweetheart and get these flyers to town. I want you to either fly around or walk and hand them to the people. As long as you make sure that the town's people get them so they know that we're having a preformance tonight."Alexander says as he smiled. "Desu. The new recruits will be preforming tonight,so I want them to get used to being infront of a stage of people incase one of them gets stage fright."Alexander says as he looked at Felicia. "You will be handing out these flyers too."Alexander says. He stared at Felicia and thought for a while. "The people would love a little girl handing out flyers. They would think it's simply cute."Alexander says. He then thought for a moment. "Just stay still for a second."Alexander says. He waved his cane and suddenly tapped Felicia's head. Within a flash a light Felicia was in a red,somewhat puffy,circus like dress with roses on her hair. "THERE WE GO~"Alexander says with glee. He handed Felicia a stack of flyers. "Just hand them around,and promote the circus. If you see any children around,then give them one too. Slide the flyers under the people's doors if nessesary."Alexander says smiling.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

The twins grabbed some apples and bottles of water before walking out of the carrige and around. They eventually found a place where they wouldn't be a bother and they could sit peacefully. They satted down and ate the apples,both of them thinking: What the hell are we going to do? "I don't know what...can we do."Azura says. Azure turned to his sister. "Well,we could dance."Azure suggested. "I guess,but,CAN we???"Azura asks. Now saying that they were kind of,litteraly,sewed together. Would they be able to dance well at all? "Ok,maybe not."Azure says. He looked down. "I hate this. I want to get out of here."Azure says. "But if we even try,we will be punished,and if you try any stunts I'll be punished with you!"Azura says. Azure scoffed and looked away. "It's just. If only we could send the messege out there,that we aren't here because we WANT to,it's because...we have or else..."Azure says as the twins started to brainstorm of what they could do.

Kurai laughed a bit, taking the flyers and zipping into the air. "Guess I'll go to town." she mumbled soaring into the town. She causally walked to roof tops, chunking down five at a time all over the town. "Come to our LOVELY freak show with many different attractions and fun for EVERYONE." she yelled grimly, zipping into the air and walking on the power lines, dropping more flyers. Kurai saw a busy street,mthe perfect place. She walked down the sidewalks, shoving the papers under the doors, and throwing them in mail boxes. Kurai flew back to where the carriages were all being held. "I'm back, done for my part." she sighed, looking at Alexander, giving a slight bow and walking toward her small set of wires connecting her and Yuki's cage, practicing on them steadily.

daisy woke up to the sound of the door unlocking." come on it's time for breakfast and we need to get you dressed up for the circus" a nun said opening the door.daisy cralwed out of the room and stood up brushing dirt off her gown." well i'm going now mother see you later" daisy said walking to the dining hall.she got her food and sat down next to her best friend at the orphanage." so tonight is the night isn't it you escape and try to stay with the circus" her friend asked.she swallowed a grape and nodded." tonight is the night but i still can't believe we have to be all neat and clean for it" daisy said stabing the center of the egg yolk.

Felicia didn't like the dress at all. Not because of its looks, which from what she read from some of the circus staff's minds was apparently appalling, but because it seemed to throw her off balance, what with all the roses in her hair and the bulgyness of it all.

Felicia clumsily walked into town, handing out flyers one after another, some she sensed were excited to get it, others not so much.

Kathie jolted awake at the sound of Alexander's cane banging of her door. 'I need to see him? Why?' Kathie thought. She headed to the bathroom to get ready, but not before she made the bed. After washing her face, eating cereal, and brushing her teeth, Kathie tucked her pistols in her jacket, and headed toward Alexander. "You need me Alexander?" Kathie said.

Ada yawned as she heard the staffs getting ready for the circus. Ada stretched as she sighed happily at the pleasure. She hopped out of her bed and roughly brushed her hair. Soon she was out of her trailer and started to help out the staffs.

Alexander clapped at how fast Kurai went. "Good girl."Alexander says. He then turned to Kathie. "Kathie. I need to entrust you with something extremely important."Alexander says. He suddenly took out his flute. "I need you to excersise my demons. They get really hyper,so I need you to take them around for a walk so they calm down for tonight's show."Alexander says. He played a tune on his whistle. A portal appeared on the floor behind him and 4,hideous creatures rose up. They had spikes on their backs and had tounges like snakes. He wrapped leashes around their necks and then handed the leashes to Kathie,smiling. "Just take them out for an hour or two. That should suffice."Alexander says as he looked back at his creatures. "Be nice to Kathie my little babies,Chupacabra yous~"Alexander says as he walked away,spinning around and smiling.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

The twins looked down,thinking of what to do. "I know. How about a song?"Azura asks. Azure turned to her. "A song?"Azure asks. "Yeah. We could make a secret messege in the song,sing it,and hopefully the audience will get it,and they might help us get out!"Azura says. Azure stared. "I don't know if this will work. But I guess we could give it a shot. Alright,lets write a song."Azure says as the two started to come up with some lyrics.
