Alatos nodded at Onmyodou, as he teleported Aerodus and Sarah to a safe place in the Ethereal World. "I can assure you that I'll do all I can to keep these two safe. Also... I think a truce should be in order." Said Alatos, talking to Onmyodou. Elder Tou watched over his pupils, who were still talking to each other. He was tired fromt he battle, but he was also thinking about Kokuou. He closed his eyes, feeling sorrow.

"..Yep!" Onmyodou shook hands with Alatos, declaring peace between both the Heikou Clan and the Ethereal World but through the handshake, Onmyodou's Heart quivered with doubt, same, as the Elder, as he knew the sentence that Kokuou would receive would be far from a Light one, if hopeful, it would just be sentenced to life in prison but if otherwise........Onmyodou approached the Elder afterwards, asking him "........Elder........" said Onmyodou, sorrow shown upon his face.

Elder Tou turned to face Onmyodou with a grim look on his face. He clutched his cane tightly as he looked at Onmyodou. The pupils looked on at the conversation, feeling concerned. They were wondering what they were going to talk about. "What is it, Onmyodou?" Asked Elder Tou, talking to Onmyodou.

"Kokuou....I know he's done things that can't ever be taken back, but, is this--really, right? is this what's going to be the clincher to support the alliance? if so, then I-I........" said Onmyodou, Koushaku then Appearing "Don't even say it! don't ever go there!! Onmyodou-San." said Koushaku, Onmyodou replying "...Shaku, but--" said Onmyodou, only for Koushaku to interrupt "No buts, Onmyodou-San, listen, my brother did what he thought was right, as we all did too, even if he does come off with only a life sentence, he still needs to face the consequences of what he has done wrong, if his imprisonment is what builds the alliance then I think my brother will be glad, glad that the strife he suffered in life had ended thanks, in a way to his efforts, wouldn't you agree?" said Koushaku, speaking words of truth, followed by Vangel then Appearing and saying "Little Shaku is right, Onmyodou-Sempai." said Vangel, Onmyodou replying towards her "Vangel, but what about you? what will happen to you? I know you love Kokuou and Kokuou....Kokuou loves you too." said Onmyodou, as Vangel then replied "......I know, I know Sempai, Kokuou...he told me, just before he went on ahead with his plan, just after meeting with Koushaku and before beginning his final duel with you, however, he also told me....that the pain and suffering of war would not end, unless he did something about it, regardless if the means were wrong to achieve it, Sempai, I love Kokuou, with all my Heart but if his Heart decides on something and will not stray from that path, then I will just have to abide by that, both me and my Heart..." said Vangel, having made a firm decision, as Onmyodou lastly replied "Vangel....".

Elder Tou listened on to everything. He looked up at the sky, and let out a sigh as he leaned on his cane. The pupils looked at Elder Tou in concern, as they watch on at what was happening. Elder Tou was in deep thought about all of this. "Onmyodou... They are right... Everyone faces the consequences someday... We have to be strong." Said Elder Tou, talking to Onmyodou.

"Elder........!" just then, Appeared both Wolfgard and Sekai, the former saying "Onmyodou....its Time." said Wolfgard, the leaders were to all be gathered in court to discuss Kokuou's sentence, Sekai following said the words "...Your Alatos, right? you will need to come, as well, you are from a World we have never heard about before, we must make alliances with your World too, even if you are not from the 20 Kingdoms." said Sekai, speaking in a professional manner towards Alatos, as elsewhere, in a council like chamber were seen all of the leaders, Kokuou in the middle of the chamber, his arms, legs, hands, feet and neck all bind in ropes of Light, the last of them having four ropes tied to one staff carried by one guard in a total of four standing around Kokuou each.

Alatos looked at Sekai, and bowed to him, and followed him. Elder Tou and his pupils began to follow Sekai as well. The pupils were wondering what sentence Kokuou was going to get. Elder Tou remained silent through out all of this. He couldn't bear to even think about it.

"Court is now in session, since Caesar King is badly injured and both Kardia and Cor are not amongst us, I, Wolfgard, will take charge of this court, Kokuou, former leader of the Oukoku Clan and instigator of the Tsuki-Ito plan, not to mention the both summoner and controller of KRAD that was used for the plan, do you have anything you wish to say here in trial before due sentence is carried out? or will you remain silent and let judgement be passed upon you? you have one minute to decide." said Wollfgard, Onmyodou sat in his place amongst the leaders whilst an extra seat was prepared for Alatos in advance to sit upon, Kokuou, standing tall, merely said the words "........None of personal value but there is a few things I must share with the alliance that is to be born once this meeting has ended." said Kokuou, as Sekai replied "What is it you feel that you must share with us? please, don't hold anything back." said Sekai politely, as Kokuou nodded, next saying the words "........STEER CLEAR OF KARDIA OF THE FOOL AND COR OF THE STAR, trust me, those two not being here is all the more reason, I will say now that those two are plotting Dark things in secret and if left unchecked, they will surely get their way, you must NOT be deceived, any of you! they may be fellow Tarot Card rulers but remember, they are their own people, as well, if anything, they will bring about Dark things to the universe that you are about to create, they may even try to take control of the Heartless and use them against you, I believe their goal is the same, as mine, to restore the Light of KINGDOM HEARTS to the Worlds, however, as we all know them to be, Kardia: "The Key That Connects Them All" and Cor: "Speaker, Listener and Watcher of the Stars", they CANNOT be trusted, their goals may stretch beyond that of my Tsuki-Ito, if anything, they won't try to bring about Light but Darkness instead, Onmyodou, Sekai, Wolfgard, all of you, please, remember that, that Kardia and Cor will most certainly have their own agendas and if left unchecked, they may even bring harm to Worlds outside of the 20 Kingdoms, namely yours, ruler of the Ethereal World, I have said my piece, I am now prepared to face whatever punishment I will receive." said Kokuou, adamant in both his words and his fate, the council started to speak amongst themselves, Onmyodou, Koushaku and Vangel remaining silent.

Alatos was sitting on a chair, listening on to what the Kings are saying. He folded his arms as he watched what was going on. Elder Tou and his pupils were sitting with the crowd, watching sternly. They were wondering what Kokuou was talking about. Elder Tou looked down, as he was always suspicious of Cor and Kardia.

"........We have finally decided on our verdict, Kokuou, in recognition of what you have told us, you will NOT be sentenced to death, however, for the rest of the remainder of your Heart's life, you shall be sentenced to the prison government, "Carcere", whose facilities you shall be locked up at, in the deepest level, the underground, level 100, sole prisoner detention block: "Quello", that is all, you may now prep the prisoner for transport guards, the next meeting shall take place after a short interval." said Wolfgard, with that said, he and the rest of the leaders left the courtroom temporarily whilst Onmyodou, Koushaku and Vangel remained behind, looking on, as they saw Kokuou being taken away.

Elder Tou looked on at what was happening, clutching his cane, letting out a quiet sigh of relief. The pupils were surprised, but didn't say a word. Elder Tou was feeling happy that Kokuou wasn't sentenced to death. Alatos watched Kokuou being taken away. "I suppose I'll keep a look out for anything suspicious..." Thought Alatos, mentally thinking to himself in his head.

Appearing outside was the giant ship from Lilo and Stitch that the grand councilwoman was seen in charge of in Deep Space in Birth by Sleep, emerging from the landing deck was a person that looked exactly like the councilwoman herself, introducing herself, as "Hello there, I am Maris Auogna the IV, I am here to escort to Carcere, my lord Kokuou." said the tall alien woman Maris, as Kokuou replied "....Auogna, huh? I see, Vark's daughter I see, very well then, I know your father, please take me to Quello--" said Kokuou until suddenly interrupting "KOKUOU!" was Onmyodou, Appearing alongside Koushaku and Vangel, the three having unspoken words that need to be said, Koushaku going first "Brother....am I-am I still not your brother? are we still not--" said Koushaku, as Kokuou replied "Koushaku, you are a strong and kind young compassionate leader, your card may be the Devil but to me, you are the Angel, you are the one who will build a new foundation in the coming days and...you are my younger brother, never forget that, Koushaku." said Kokuou, Koushaku was surprised, as tears started welling up inside his eyes, trying to wipe them away but could not, next to speak was Vangel, saying the words "Kokuou........I know you once and still love Ulbel, but-but....--" said Vangel, clasping both her hands near to the Heart, as Kokuou placed a hand on Vangel's shoulder, saying "Vangel........you know? its not the best lady name there is, to me, your Vana, a person of strong Heart and character, your card's the Judgement, like Koushaku, you too are an Angel, but, to me, you are MY Angel, as long, as my Heart beats and yours does too, they will always find ways back towards one another, i'll never forget you, so long, as you never forget me, I love you, Vana Guardlight, always..." Kokuou clutched Vana's shoulder tightly a little, sincere about his words, as just then, Vana shared a kiss with Kokuou, before then proceeding to back away for Onmyodou to walk up to his friend, the two silent for a moment, until suddenly, did they first bump arms against one another and then proceed to shake each other's hands, Onmyodou said to Kokuou "....Don't go causing trouble for the inmates, you hear?" said Onmyodou, as Kokuou replied "...Same to you, no excessively eating dumplings made by Touza, alright?" said Kokuou, Onmyodou replying with the words "Heh, caught onto that, huh?" the two shared a small quick laugh, as Kokuou boarded the ship until finally, he lastly said towards Onmyodou a request "Onmyo, listen, please do me just one last favour, about the Oukoku........they aren't dead, they weren't exterminated, they're safe, in some part of the galaxy, I want you to please find them and Corazon for me, when you do, please, treat them, as though they were Heikou, as for Corazon, please pass on a message for me, tell him: "Thinking of you wherever you are, we pray for our sorrows to end and hope that our Hearts will blend, now I will step forward to realize this wish and who knows, starting a new journey may not be so hard, or maybe it has already begun, there are many Worlds but they share the same sky, one sky, one destiny.", these words Ulbel once said herself and now, I am going to fulfil them, i'll see you all again one day, when that day comes--" said Kokuou, as Onmyodou replied "We'll be ready, Koku." said Onmyodou, Kokuou gave a slight "Heh" to Onmyodou's words before then lastly saying "........Make sure you start up that Ball, Onmyo, don't forget, promise, okay?" Onmyodou nodded his head and with a brief silent moment of friendship occurring between the two, did Kokuou board the ship and it departed to its location, Onmyodou looked on alongside Koushaku and Vana, to see a great man depart for the stars, that man's name: 

Kokuou.

 

"We look back now and then, wondering if there are friendships we have forgotten and lost in the past, but then, we are reminded of the truth: the truth that is the Human bond of the Heart, what may be lost can be found and what was forgotten can be remembered, the Heart filled lessons of the past that make way for the future.".

"........The bonds of the Human Heart, that right there is what KINGDOM HEARTS we truly believe to be, we may not know very well what occurred during that final battle between our founding fathers but, from the foundation that they built for us, after the Darkness that nearly consumed the Light, I would like to believe that the Darkness had drawn the Light and the Light had drawn the Darkness, resonating with one another in peace and harmony, balance, that defines not only our Light and Darkness within our Hearts but also ourselves, our Hearts themselves, yes....................that right there, is what I would like to call KINGDOM HEARTS, the gift to the Worlds." said Master Xine, next to him is Mare in her Ulbel Ball dress, raising her hands out to everyone, as just then, pretty sparkles started falling from the ceiling, as the roof opened up towards the bright, starry lit night Sky, revealing tons upon tons of shooting stars for all to see, amongst everyone in the crowd was both Sora and Kairi, looking passionately towards one another, until they lastly proceeded to look up towards the shooting stars together, as Sora finally said the words:

 

"Welcome Home, My Friend.".

Ulbel Ball Arc-Conclusion-Start:

 

"So that's how all this began, Onmyodou and Kokuou......when I think about it, their story isn't that much different from mine and Sora's, I guess Sora is Onmyodou and I'm Kokuou, even so, those two found peace, same, as we did, although the struggles don't end, we keep living, same, as normal, right Sora? right Kairi?" said Riku, thinking about his dearest friends, of how their past challenges all started up to this point, from the moment the Islands fell into Darkness, to here, now, where everyone is enjoying a brief but wonderful respite, Riku finishes drinking a cup filled with lemonade, as he proceeds to catch up to Olette in front of him, the two then walking with their arms wrapped around one another's towards the Temple of Light's back garden.".

Alatos was seen inside the Temple Of Light, enjoying the Ball, he had listened to it all, and felt breath-taking hearing the things he had been through, as he had thought about it himself. He had been hiding in the dark corners of the Dance Floor. He was wearing a shining blue-colored tuxedo, with the Etherealian Emblem on his chest. He walked out into the Dance Floor, clapping, smiling. "It's been a long, LONG time since I've been through that..." Said Alatos, talking to everyone. Lustrailia, who was seen next to Master Lunarius gasped in shock to see Alatos. "Alatos, my Lord? What are you doing here? What are you saying?" Asked Lustrailia, asking Alatos a question. Alatos chuckled, putting a hand on Lustrailia's shoulder. "I'm here to enjoy the latest Ulbel Ball, just like all those other Ulbel Balls. I can never forget that day." Said Alatos, talking to Lustrailia. Kyle was astaonished, and in awe hearing all of that, and looked on at Mare.

"Let's go, Kyle." with her duties fulfilled at the moment, Mare wanted to be alone with Kyle, as Master Xine had approached Alatos, bowing down towards him "Words cannot express my sincere awe of seeing you, live and in person, my lord." said Master Xine, actually meeting a man from Times long since past right in front of him.

Kilousase looked at Lucifer. After hearing the story, and not finishing my story cause of time, Kilousase was remember of the day he helped save a life. Dusk happened to be none other than Lucifer's father. However, Dusk couldn't be around his son and Lucifer could not know that his father is alive, because that would be messing with the timeline. So here was Kilousase, about having to come clean to Lucifer.

 

Kelly looked at Horizont walking up next to him. "So, when is it you are going to finish what you were trying to say last night?" Kelly asked him with a smile.

 

Victoria was nowhere to be seen, as she left during the event to get prepared for a surprise.

 

Luke looked over at Lucy. "Lucy, remember that surprise I told you about me having for you?" Luke asked her with a smile.

Kyle nodded, blushing, following Mare. Alatos smiled as he looked at Master Xine. "Ah, so you're the one hosting this one's Ulbel Ball. I've been made aware about what happened earlier, and how those Heroes dealt with the problem... I am quite proud how Heroes pop up over the years. I'm sure this Ulbel Ball will be as magnificent as the rest." Said Alatos, talking to Master Xine. Tommy also watched Alatos with shock and surprise on his face. Dusk was completely shocked to see an ancient figure.

"So, how come your still alive today, old geezer? OW!" said Pais, asking Alatos a question before being bonked on the head by Master Xine, showing an angry mark on his head whilst steamed flowed out from his fist and Pais' head, Mare took Kyle by his hand and headed up towards one of the temple's balconies, wanting to see the shooting stars up close and personal with him.

"At any rate, lord Alatos, please, tell us, from your side of things, what happened after the War ended?" said Master Xine, wanting to know about the state of things that happened in the Ethereal World upon entering the alliance of the 21 Worlds.

 

Kilousase looked at Lucifer. After hearing the story, and not finishing my story cause of time, Kilousase was remember of the day he helped save a life. Dusk happened to be none other than Lucifer's father. However, Dusk couldn't be around his son and Lucifer could not know that his father is alive, because that would be messing with the timeline. So here was Kilousase, about having to come clean to Lucifer.Kelly looked at Horizont walking up next to him. "So, when is it you are going to finish what you were trying to say last night?" Kyle gulped, as he followed Mare, blushing. Alatos looked at Master Xine sternly, as he held up a Crystal orb made out of crimson-colored Etherealia Crystals, and held it . Tommy was seen gulping in shock upon hearing this. Lustrailia was seen gazing into it, gulping nervously. Alatos looked around at the people around him sternly, as the orb emitted a crimson-colored Light. "Gaze into this orb, and you'll see... You see, the 20 Kings have been supporting me, and I had been supporting time ever since... And when that Era passed, I kept their traditions alive, while still establishing leaders for both the Ethereal World and the Shados World... I gathered people from a different Time period each when they died... By embedding parts of my Powers of Cosmos inside of them, stripping them of the Powers of Chaos from inside of them, giving "Birth" to the Shadoslian Emperors, and suppressing their Memories... I know, it may sound harsh, but it had to be done, the Balance of Cosmos and Chaos had to be kept in check, so, I assigned each of those seven Leaders of both Worlds to lead their sets of people, I had turned Onmyodou's two strongest warriors, Aerodus and Sarah, who were also Tommy's parents, into the very first two Etherealian Emperors, and stripped them of their Chaos, giving "Birth" to Shadow Zero and Matilda... I had continued this from Time period to another, and the final one to have been made an Etherealian Emperor, and to be stripped of Chaos... Was Lustrailia... I did my thing on her when she was on her last breath after being struck down... By Kye at Dimensional spectral, whom she was serving as a General and Commander, and her Chaos became the Shadoslian Emperor Yami... I'll let this sink in before I continue." Said Alatos, talking to Master Xine. Lustrailia was completely shocked, now remembering everything, but understood everything now. Tommy felt bewildered about all he just heard.

"....Huh? wha? sorry Kelly, for some reason, it feels like my head is empty all of a sudden, like Time froze." said Horizont towards Kelly, referring to the fact the Ulbel Arc stopped, as the Founding Fathers Arc began.
