The game cover spoils the game ..... Riku eyes are open .... that means that we was able to woke up from the test and sora eyes are closed that means that he was trapped and the king trying to save him.

if u think about it bbsfm spoils what happens to ventus, his eyes are shut like hes sleeping aka ventus's ending

OMGOSH! Rob never noticed.

It was known long before the game came out that this art had symbolism. Especially when SE also revealed the kh3d quote, "Darkness become light, Light falls into Darkness." And they also stated before the game came out that the ending would be surprising and unexpected.

Surely this was obvious.
