I remember at the beginning of the game, Yen Sid said that the Dream Eaters only existed in the Realm of Sleep, and thus it would make sense to assume that because they (Sora and Riku) unlocked the seven keyholes that the Realm of Sleep would (most likely) not exist anymore. Does that mean that the Spirit Dream Eaters now can come into the realm of the light?

Traverse Town is always a world in the in-between to begin with .. So its possible. Anyways Nomura confirmed this in May 10 Famitsu interview

But on a serious note, I would assume once the portal to the realm of sleep has been opened, and since both Sora and Riku got the power to dive into dreams, that either of them would be able to go back whenever they pleased.

seriously how are people still confused by this? Sora dives during the ending credits for goodness sake thats him going back to the realm of sleep, it then shows him waking up in traverse town and he says good this world is till here, but i think he went back not only to thank his spirits but i also think he went back to retake the mark of mastery exam either way i think Sora will finally become a master in KH3

Traverse exists whenever someone needs it. It shapes itself and exists where and for what someone needs. Thats why in the first game all the people there were from worlds that had succumbed to the darkness.
