KH BBS shows a cutscene with Isa asking Lea "are you ready?"

Lea responds "yeah" as he looks up to the castle,.

 

what where they ready for? obviously they where on the wrong time at the wrong place because they became nobodies too.

And did Xehanort know they where coming, cause especially Isa became an important person in the organization.

I personally believe they got curious about the interior of the castle(I assume common citizens weren't allowed in) and decided to check it out. First attempt, they didn't get in too far and got thrown out(which I guess was before everyone in there got all corrupted and stuff). Second try, they got in pretty far because everyone was busy getting betrayed by Xehanort, then they were found and shared the same fate. 

 

Also, the recusant's sigil doesn't make much sense to me. Isn't a recusant a person who refuses to submit to authority?

 

 

The recusant are the ones who threw away their own identity and thus became vessels bc MX's heartpiece was able to take over .All the vessels were marked with recusant sigils- like Saix.

I am unable to quote, but concerning Saix's knowledge of Xemnas' goals- in KHII somewhere at the beginning of TCTNW there is a scene where Saix asks Xemnas if Kingdom Hearts is ready. He proceeds to ask if he can end some sort of charade he had been putting on. When given permission, he gives a big smile (Saix- smiling to Xemnas? I wonder why?) and says how long he's waited to hear that. I assume that he did know he had a heart, supported by his boss battle (the moon makes him rage like a muthafiretrucka) and his emotionally powerful quotes during the battle ("All shall be lost to you!" "I misjudged you..." "Move aside!" "I want to see you die fighting.") Not mention his ridiculous roars.

But after their friendship ended and Axel went rogue Saix basically had no other options but to abandon their plan. ( in which he himself states in game) He even fretted that bc of that they wouldn't get their hearts back.

Saix and Axel had several secret conversations discussing their situation and they both accuse each other of changing and Saix tried to force Axel to choose one friendship over another and after that he realized that their plan was basically done and over .It's also mentioned in the secret reports by both of them from their perspectives.
