Technically, yes, due to Sir Kyroo's status as a "Secret Boss". Other than him and Julius though, no.

Some people consider Sir Kyroo another Secret Boss(just checked the name on the post above me, no idea that's his name... He's that frog guy that keeps spawnning around in the worlds)

Also, he's very easy. In Cité des Cloches, with Riku, I was level 15 or above and kicked his ass. I took of like more than 3/4 of his HP... I clearly overleveled in Traverse Town...
