I woke up next to a big tree in my wolf form, I stretched before I went looking for breakfast. I wasn't the type to kill things so I usually ate berries and fruits that I could find in the area, or I would ask the near by town for food. The town was a nice area the people were very kind to me, but that's because I would always help them unlike the city. A lot of people smoke through tubes making a horrible smell, and people would try to beat me up for money which I don't have all the things I got were from helping the towns people, even my clothes. Luckily I could Veil of Mist ( slows down time ) on them and escape, I walked in the town and saw the old lady Lily. I walked up to her and made my whimpering noise she then realized it was me, "Oh its you Snowy, do you want something to eat?" I nodded, "Can you hang up these clothes then?" I nodded again, "Ok once your finished come in the house, I'll make you some delicious rice balls ok?" I turn into a human and picked up the bin full of clothes and went to where she always put her drying pole, it was gone but I did the regular thing I drew a line from and a drying pole appeared in front of me. I put on the clothes and walked into the house receiving my 4 rice balls, "Thank you Snowy your a good dog." She said petting my head it didn't annoy me it actually felt good. Once I finished I walked back to the forest...

Felphore was in the city attempting to negotiate with the government as he usually did. "Listen to me, the worst case scenario has already come to pass, you find yourselves at the start of a war that could rip apart both worlds, if you don't call off your armies now, you'll be eliminated without mercy, as you have shown us no mercy." said Felphore. The gathered heads of government refused and Felphore just left and headed back to the forested half of the country.

I heard footsteps coming my way I hid behind a tree wondering with it was someone I shouldn't deal with. I was wondering what I should do until a saw a baby bird falling from its nest, and my legs moved on their own using Wind with my Celestial brush tail and caugh it in time. "Whew Your safe now."

"Thank you Mr. wolf man." The bird chripped as I put him in the nest.

Felphore thought he heard something behind a tree, but brushed it off when he heard hooves coming his way. The hoof sounds he heard were his friend Maelstrom's. "So, they still didn't listen?" asked Maelstrom.

"No, i fear that they are so fixed on making science superior, that they fail to see the danger of this war." said Felphore.

"Then if it's a war they want, it's a war they'll get." said Maelstrom.

I was lucky enough that the hoove man came in and started talking to him. Then not on purposely over heard their conversation, "War? When did this start? I wondered, as I walked away slowly but stepped on some branches making a loud 'snap' sound.

Both Felphore and Maelstrom heard the branches snap and drew there swords face that direction. "Who the hell are you, and what is your species?" asked Maelstrom.

"Oh crap hopefully they can't see my red markings." I thought, but I wondered what I would tell them because I had no name. "I'm from the white wolf species." I said quietly, hoping these people wouldn't try to kill me.

"White wolf huh....I'm a faun, or a satyr, or whatever they call us nowadays." said Felphore.

"I'm a centaur.....so, are you a pure breed, or a half-breed?" asked Maelstrom as he sheathed his sword, Felphore did the same.

"Pure...breed..." I answered slowly.

  • Author

"Hey, no need to be nervous around here, we're pure breeds as well....i'm more of a front line fighter.....Felphore here is our top diplomat." said Maelstrom.

"Yes, i'm attempting to find a more diplomatic way of handling things, but the humans of the more technical parts of the world, they're convinced that none of us should exist, in the past we just carried out small raids to slow down their military, but it seems they're dead set on making this an all out war." said Felphore.

"Huh really I never heard of this before more that I don't see a lot of people in the woods." I looked in the direction of the town, "But there are some humans that don't want a war...." I said.

  • Author

"Yeah, and those humans helped create the half-breeds, many human women who've had half-breed live in the city, but most of the time, those women never last, and their children must come here....but the majority of human men and women live in the forest halves of the world." said Maelstrom. A fireball suddenly fell out of the sky and landed right near the others, making a crater.

"Oh, please don't tell me..." said Felphore.

A figure came out of the crater and looked angrily towards Maelstrom. "Next time you give me greek fire to blow up a human missile factory, inform me that it only gives you thirty seconds to get out of there." said the figure. The figure had the appearance of both a dragon and human. "Who's the wolf?" asked the figure.

"Ummmm I don't really have a name." I looked at the dragon creature that came out of no where, "Please tell me that fire is not going to spread." I twitched my ear.

"You'll be eliminated without mercy?" Hikari kicked her legs up in the seat, laughing. "Did he really say that?" Her laughter echoed through the strategy room as she shoved another chocolate cake in her face. Hikari licked the frosting off of her fingers. "So we're done with the testing for today?"

"That's right." Doctor Marcus closed the portfolio that was in his hands. Charts, diagrams, test results. All of the results from today's tests were inside. "And I must say that you're performing better than anyone expected." Hikari stopped before putting another cake in her mouth. "Not that we weren't expecting anything but excellence." The girl smiled as she took another bite, chocolate frosting dabbing onto her chin.

"So what happens next? Do you want me to go down there?" Hikari licked her teeth before smiling, hoping to remove most of the cake. She failed. "Those mongrels threatened us openly. Come on, they're begging for war. You heard them!" She pointed between Marcus and her father, who sat at the head of the table. He made no motion, seemingly lost in contemplation. Or perhaps... observation. Hikari dropped the cake onto the table, pushing her chair back as she stood. A dark air surrounded her now, her voice deadly serious. "Captain General, I formally request the deployment of Proto-Evangelion Mk-XX. We are dealing with extremists here; sub-humans who would resort to violence the moment their demands go unanswered." She slammed her hands on the table, everything on the marble top shaking. "We should strike first! End this with a single decisive blow!"

"No." Hikari swung down again, her fist falling short of the table at her father's word. Everyone turned to him, the air falling flat. His authority came down with an iron fist that Hikari couldn't dream of matching. "Should conflict arise, it will not be us who starts it." The man didn't move as he spoke. He didn't need to. "We will remain on alert, and the Mk-XX will remain on stand-by." Hikari began to object, but stopped. There was nothing she could do, no way to circumvent her father's orders. Instead, she threw herself back into her chair, unwrapping another mini cake.

"Sir!" Hikari almost dropped the snack as a soldier rushed in behind her, shouting as he bursted through the doors. He was wide-eyed and sweating. Never a good thing. "Be-" He panted, trying to catch his breath.

"Calm yourself, soldier." Marcus came around the table, helping the man into a seat. "Take a deep breath, and tell us what happened." The soldier did as he was instructed, Hikari sliding him a wrapped cake. He took it, turning it over in his hands.

"It's Bethany Base, sir." He finally got it out. "There's been a terrorist attack. One of the missle silos was destroyed." Hikari dropped the snack cake in her hand. The Captain General didn't move, Marcus reacting enough for both of them.

"What?! Are you sure?" The soldier was lost for words, the doctor rushing to the head of the table. "Sir, we-"

"Send an investigation team." General Naruni turned from Marcus to Hikari. "Colonel Naruni will accompany them."

Hikari was still lost. They really resorted to terrorism? True, she was ready to bring the fight to them, but... not like this...

I picked up something in my ears, "Terrorism?" I thought...

nano jumped out of a tree behind felphore hugging him from behind." hi white wolf" she said as the bit of her tail snuck out from under her shirt.she let go of felphore and went to hug maelstrom." so your the white wolf around here instresting so do you have a name" she asked.

The figure saw the fire. "Oh, sorry." said the figure as he snapped his fingers, causing the fire to go out. "Name's Draco, the most deadly half-breed operative, but i only kill humans if they fire on me first." said Draco.

Felphore laughed slightly. "Hey Nano, how's it going?" asked Felphore.

"Guys, i don't know about you, but our little stunt with that missile factory is probably gonna lead the humans to think WE want the war....let's get moving." said Maelstrom.

I was shocked at the moment and couldn't talk, first the ball of fire now a girl coming from no where and has heard about me. "No people call me by what they want I don't mind."

I don't know why but I wanted to follow these people, I nodded.

Draco started feeling the ground shake and knew it wasn't good. "Uh guys, we'd better get moving, cause we got some recon mech's coming this way." said Draco.

"Good idea Draco, alright everyone, let's get moving." said Maelstrom as he started running. "Right behind ya....c'mon Nano." said Felphore as he ran after Maelstrom.

"You coming wolf boy?" asked Draco.

"Sure." I had a urge to follow them I back flipped into my wolf form and started running with them using wind on us so we could go faster.

nano nodded and ran off following the other two." what did you guys do this time" she asked catching up with them.nano sighed and got ready to attack." why are we running when we can hide anyways" she asked them.

"Hey, i didn't do anything...it was horse brain here that ordered that Draco destroy a human missile silo, and use greek fire to do it." said Felphore.

"Hey, it was Draco that was still there when the place blew up." said Maelstrom.

"Oh sure, blame the 150 year old....I'M STILL YOUNG HERE!" shouted Draco.
