*Possible Spoilers* KH3D and the Timeless River

Posted

I was just watching through some Kingdom Hearts 2 cutscenes, and after playing through Dream Drop Distance in just the past couple of weeks, I have a question about the time travel. Even if the Timeless River was a 'special world' as stated by Merlin, wouldn't it be impossible (by KH3D standards) for Sora to have gone back in time not only with his body, but also to a time where he did not exist?

By KH3D standards it wasn't possible.

but he had a portal, so that is how he got there

Keep in mind that in THAT world, you could change the past as well, and appeared on special circumstances that involved going through a door that appeared on its own.

In DDD they DO mention special worlds where Time Flow differently...

I see it coming:

They will change the past to the better, then no one has/had to suffer and that will lead to a true happy, happy ending... *shudder*

I thought Yen Sid was talking about a specific realm, altered by Merlin and the Fairies? Kinda like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from DBZ haha
