I'm not sure if this topic is in the right place or not, but anyway here it goes. I'm looking to get a laptop for Christmas, but I need one that has a NVIDIA Geforce video card so that I can download and play games. So, do any of you know any laptops that support NVIDIA Geforce video cards?

If you want to play games on the PC, don't get a laptop. Unless your willing to deal with paying double the money for half the power.

I suggest one of the higher end Cyberpower PCs, fairly cheap for what you want and can play the most graphically demanding games at their highest settings.

Or if you absolutely need a gaming laptop, which doesn't make much sense because they are too big to carry around anyway, then I suggest An Asus G75.

Also, expect to pay at least 800 for a decent gaming laptop or 700 for a decent gaming PC. A cheaper alternative could be to build your own however that requires the time and the know-how.

Final word of advice, there are multiple Nivideo Geoforce cards, and honestly, the graphics card only makes up a small percentage of your computers ability to play games.

An Asus G75

Asus sucks.

Hi, I'm a computer tech/programmer, I would recommend a brand new laptop from the following brands, sony, toshiba, asus, samsung and If you have the bugget for it,a macbook pro, wh did I recommend these brands, they have better manufacturing and last longer, especially if they gave intel processors becuase they heat a whole lot less than other processors, and whatever your, budget is, don't buy HP or compaq, those come with a lot of overheating issues, more than 50% of the computers I've repaired have been HP, I'm you want somethingfor gaming, definitely buy an asus but also look info about the gpu and the hardware it has,, I hope this helps you and have a nice day.

How so? Everyone I know who has one loves them, and even the people who troll reviews don't give Asus laptops crap.

There was a pretty good Lenovo laptop that had a NVIDIA graphics card, 8GB ram, 750 HD, i7 processor, however here (in the UK) they've changed the graphics card for intel and knocked 50 quid off the asking price, but maybe if you're in the states it'll still be available there for you?

It was Lenovo Gun Metal, was £600

There was also an Acer laptop (ACER Aspire V3-571G) with similar specs (but they haven't changed the graphics card yet). £600

If you have no budget, i'd recommend Alienware. I simply want it for the rainbow keyboard, the games I wish to play don't need such a high end spec.

Because Apple makes better computers.

Rob's grandson has a HP Paviion laptop. He seems to like it.
