I don't know what to choose between 3DS and Wii U. The Wii U is expensive when the 3DS is not. That also depend how my grades are doing great at school so like this i can select the most expensive but i want also have a portable console when i take the bus so like this i have something to do. 3DS or Wii U ?

3DS. Better choice of games, imo.

I would go with the Wii U. It's going to be pretty good.

Wii U, doubt you'd be able to get it though.

Wii U games are like the price for a ps3 or xbox 360 game

if they're willing to buy either, i'd say Wii U. You could easily save up for the 3ds in a quicker time rather than getting the 3ds and having to save (200-500 pounds here, forgot the exact price)

I got an amazing used 3ds for £90, it came with the registration codes to get star (coins) on the nintendo site, all the AR games, able to register it in my own name, as well as a game they'd downloaded onto it with the SD card

OK OK I give up ! I will get the Wii U ,the Deluxe Set if that make you happy lol For that i need to study more, get better grades and a good behavior. Plus i will have a Ipod Touch so what's the point ?

Agreed... What I said was kinda stupid... But im just saying from experience.. Ive seen a lot of people get picked on for having a 3DS in school

I'd say the 3DS. It actually incorporates new technology. The Wii U doesn't have a very exciting line up of games (yet) and it's not much of an improvement. Rather Nintendo trying to get their hardware updated so third party developers will still make games for them.
