October 20, 201213 yr ^ Yeah, if you already own a copy of the game then it's fine. If I ever got caught using an emulator, I'd just say that I had a hard copy of the game but lost it. :L They wouldn't really be able to prove otherwise. Can't say I've ever known anyone who's got in trouble for using emulators though.
October 20, 201213 yr Emulation is legal ROMs are not In the US In Canada at least, it's legal to have a ROM if you already own the game And a ROM isn't illegal until after 24 hours of having it
October 22, 201213 yr I have Pokemon Ruby and Chain of Memories on cartridge but I also have them on rom so I can emulate them on my phone and you know it more than likely is piracy but I really don't care, they are only gameboy/gba roms after all. Edited October 22, 201213 yr by KHSoraKeyBlade
