I swear on the cover of theaterythum I saw Ansem. Is he or if not then what FF character is he?

I'm not familiar enough with FF to say whether that's Ansem or not but from a design stand point I can see where you're coming from.

Yeah my friend pointed it out to me the other day there when she was playing it

She was sure it was Ansem too, so it was sephiroth you saw (if it's the same one you saw that namikaze posted anyway)

It IS Sephiroth. That's what he looks like in the final battle. Plus you fight him during One Winged Angel. So...yeah.
