Now,I found one reason,Chuck Norris is an actor,he don't actually do things.

Jeapordy is an american T.V show that studies knowledge, I personally have not seen the show for it is very old, but of course as an american...born and raised...its hard to come pass without hearing the show's theme. We use this theme and even act it out in casual conversation such as this to basically taunt the other person as they think or decide on the subject. So basically...he's taunting you...nicely though. A friendly taunt.
