Buy both. I heard they are very good games.

Scribblenauts. Only because I love that game and have never played a Pikmin. But I don't plan on getting the Wii U, so at least Scribblenauts is coming out on the 3DS too.

Pikmin 3, they have the most realistic fruit in the history of gaming.

Scribblenauts. because Pikmin doesnt come out till next year. and its better.

Both if you can. Pikmin doesn't release until next year, so it shouldn't be too out of the question to save enough money. If you have to chose, I would recommend Pikmin.

I'd say try for both. If you can only get one I'd say go with Pikmin.
