My account isn't working correctly

I don't know if it's my account or what but people aren't responding to my messages and I don't think it's showing everyone who is logged on...

    The chat system has recently been upgraded so there may have some bugs to work out with it. If anyone else is having problems with the chat please let us know so we can work them out.
