Please discuss how you think the Kingdom Hearts series forums (http://kh13.com/forum/forum/4-kingdom-hearts-series/) should be structured. Currently, the forums are structured like this:

 

- Kingdom Hearts -HD 1.5 ReMIX-
- Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance]
- coded | Re:coded
- Birth by Sleep | Birth by Sleep Final Mix
- 358/2 Days
- Kingdom Hearts II | Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix
- Chain of Memories | Re:Chain of Memories
- Kingdom Hearts | Kingdom Hearts Final Mix
- General & Future Titles

This is all nice and organized, however, there are some problems. For one, everything except KHHD, KH3D and General&Future are dead. This kind of gives the whole thing an inactive feel, so an argument could be made from this for some merging to be necessary. Here are some alternate structures:

    - Kingdom Hearts | Kingdom Hearts Final Mix
    - Chain of Memories | Re:Chain of Memories
    - 358/2 Days
- Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance]
- coded | Re:coded
- Birth by Sleep | Birth by Sleep Final Mix
- Kingdom Hearts II | Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix
- General & Future Titles

 
^ The indent signifies subforums. Basically, we'd retire the 3 games included in the HD 1.5 ReMIX as full forums, and make them subforums of HD 1.5 ReMIX. We'd have the option of having all subforum topics show in HD 1.5 ReMIX, or simply have those topics show in the subforums. So, there are some things to think about-- but it still leaves us with a few inactive forums, and throws off the balance in my opinion (as we have games of equal importance on different levels of forums).

^ This one makes everything look quite nice, in my opinion-- but we are of course using guesswork to organize everything regarding HD 2.5 ReMIX. Perhaps not the best option yet. We could also call this new section "Other Titles", instead of "HD 2.5 ReMIX". Also, what about KH3? Does that deserve its own forum, or do those topics feel at home in General&Future?

I could come up with some other structures but then you'll be even more likely to just agree with something I'm saying. So, instead, please tell me what you think would be best for the site (and if you feel like it, why). Give as much details to your idea as you can.

As much as I like the way the Kingdom Hearts section is now I like the 1.5 only indent better. The 2.5 doesn't seem like it would fit yet. It is a good guess but I think that should probably wait until we know if there will be a 2.5. We don't know much about kh3 and most of the topics about it are usually theories and asking of opinons. I think those topics are fine in the General and Future titles section for now and could be better moved to a KH3 forum when we get news on it.

I think the 1.5 HD with subforums would be nice for now. I get the feeling if we made a 2.5 HD forum some members may get confused about whether it's confirmed or not (like when people take things on imdb as official confirmation ).

I'm not sure for the 2.5 Mix part. But others seem fine...

i think normal would be just fine but it's good for the subforums in my opinion

Well for now it would be fine to put Kh1, Chain of Memories and Days as sub-forums for KH 1.5 HD remix, but the KH 2.5 remix and its' sub-forums could be made once we got some information it, if we are gonna get one.

I bolded the forums above based on their "importance", or rather, the amount of active they get / would get, to try and demonstrate this issue of balance I was talking about. ONLY moving the KH, CoM and Days forums creates a balance issue, as we have unimportant forums on the top level, mixed in with important forums.

Then I'd go with Kh1.5 -> Kingdom Hearts->RE:CoM->Days.
