KHCoM Sleight Breaking

Is it just me, or was the occurrence of a boss breaking your sleights a lot less common in Re: Chain of Memories? Here's a good example: if you used Ars Arcanum in the GBA version, it would be broken in a flash. In the PS2 version, you had about a 75% success rate of performing the full combo. This is just another way to show that COM is harder than ReCOM.

Well, haven't played Re:CoM. But I think it is up to boss. If boss has cards with zero, she/he will probably use them to block your cards.

I've actually even seen times where they would overlook their zero cards.

Well, I've never really experimented with Re:Come vs. Com and I've only beaten com but I did slightly notice this. In the original com my sleights were broken nearly all the time but from what I played of Re:com they seemed to hit more.

Well, I'm pretty sure that CoM is a lot harder than Re:CoM.  It's a lot harder to dodge in it, and I'm pretty sure (Like you said) that the bosses are a lot more difficult.  I know in Re:CoM that there are some sleights that bosses could break if they wanted to, but for some reason the sleight almost 'prevents' them from doing it.  Ars Arcanum isn't one of those sleights, but I know there are a few like that (I believe Blitz may be one of them).

Ars Arcanum only has a value of 6, and bosses often skip over 7s, 8s. 6s, etc.
