Meld the glasses into the picture with two layers. I've done it in Paint.NET.

i was trying to be funny. guess i failed xDwell anyways my guess would be that you can go to a place called"picbadges.com" or something like that and then search for this  (type random crap like "orange glasses) then you'll know what to do from there

Hahaha xD But you can't, they were simply just spawned into this world with lasers.

 

I do use Paint.net though and just adjust the image. I can give you a high quality pair of shades if you want :OO

Photoshop, GIMP, Paint, drawing, etc are all ways you could do it. There's also the option of asking someone ME  to do it for you. :)
