Eh, a lot of people don't. It's kinda an acquired taste. I know what you mean too, because a lot of people love rap, for example, and I just don't get it.

Yeah, I saw Skillet in concert once. They are fantastic. And I think the second song I posted (Endseekers by Oh, Sleeper) is considered screamo, and they're a Christian band. Might be wrong though.

I don't even see point in making some border between Christian and Satanic metal anyway. Both are metal with different lyrics. Both have good and bad bands.

But yeah, I really like Red too. Even though I usually listen to heavier stuff, I'm a sucker for their "Not Alone" song Haven't actually heard of Brutal Cross though.

Yea they're a christian band and I saw them in concert before too!

Might as well as post some other suggestions here:

August Burns Red, Haste the Day, Devil wears prada, Crimson Moonlight, DivineFire, Killswitch Engane (isn't straight up christian metal band, but lyrics has ton of similarities with it) 

 

Then one Finnish band I want to suggest (they sing their songs on Finnish, but yes it is Christian metal)
