Dear Contestant,

You have been accepted to compete in this year’s Omni verse Grand Tournament!

The victor will be titled strongest fighter in existence and will gain a power that none has ever had. The battles will be completely random, the winners of each match will be moved up to the next round and the matches will be randomized once more. This sequence will continue till the end of the tournament. Everyone will stay one our ground and sleep in dorms that will hold four people each. Later in the tournament you will be moved to more isolated dorms once others are sent to the loser’s brackets. The losers of each match will battle in a sub-tournament to reinsure who is the greatest. Everyone should be able to face everyone in this tournament. If you feel that you have not fought everyone by the end of this tournament, please speak to the tournament host and referee, Elite.

Rules:

1)   Stay in the ring

2)   If you are down for longer than the count of ten you loose

3)   No battling outside of the arena

4)   If a battle ends in a draw, I will test your stamina other ways

5)   Don’t piss me off

"Hello Yuka..." I said to Yuka, then simply shut up as she and Ace began talking, or maybe arguing. My thoughts were still focused on whom I would be forced to fight. It made me nervous, then thinking of my abilities with this emotion made me even more nervous! (Who am I going to fight...? I'm probably going to lose, but are my powers going to be under control...? I hate this ability...) I kept thinking to myself like a frantic.

Gexln was watching the fight closely, enjoying watching the battle yet at the same time trying to learn as much as he could about the two competitors. He generally despised keyblade wielders, but there was something about Silver that he couldn't help but envy. Perhaps it was the determination it was showing, or maybe it was his agility. Whatever it was, it was certainly making Gexln hope that Silver won the battle.

Jason looked down as he and Garry found seats. He seemed like a nice enough man, but Jason didn't forget that this was a tournament. The less people knew about him, the better. As such, he usually kept people at an arm's distance. However, he wasn't going to leave Garry's question unanswered. "I trained myself. For several years. Actually, a more accurate way to say it would be that I've trained myself for my entire life." The two sat down in their seats and began watching the battle. "I should have won that first match, but I made a fatal error... I held back..."

Garry listened. "(Trained his entire life?! I can bearly last long in driving practice.)"Garry thought. To him it was now clear,everyone here or most,one way or another,were fighters at heart at one point or all. Garry rested his arms on his legs and looked up. "You held back?"Garry asked. He scratched his cheek. "I dunno about that. You were pretty bad@$$ out there. Both of you were. If that was holding back I can only imagene what its like when you fight full on."Garry says smiling. "(I do hope though,I don't have to be the one taking the hits of it. I'm as human as it is with only a few petal tricks and a dagger. These guys have swords and magic and so much more.)"Garry thought for a bit more and looked down before looking back up at the battlefield again. "Holding back is not that bad. Next time just,go for the gold then. Fight,slash,kick. Fua!"Garry says as he looked around his jacket and took out a cigarrate to nom on between his teeth. He bit down on it. "(I'm screwed.)"

However, just in the nick of time, did Vergil both grab Silver with Vergil's left arm and had entered his Devil Trigger form before tossing Silver aside not too far away straightforwards.

Silver landed on the ground, thankfully landing on his feet. He was breathing heavily, as the form he entered was taking a toll on his body.

I can't lose....I can't lose this now....I've already failed everyone once, and by Xemnas, I won't do it again! Silver thought, slamming his fists together. He looked to Vergil, his cocky smile gone. He zipped about the field, only being able to be seen once or twice. Suddenly, he appeared in the air behind Vergil:

"Triple Plasma!" Silver murmured, firing out several orbs of pure electricity; all heading for Vergil.

Vergil managed to direct at least half of Silver's attacks right back him whilst obviously taking on the damage the other half had given Vergil.

Even though Silver's current state absorbed electricity, the power was enough to blast him backwards into a wall. He let out a yelp, shakily getting back up.

"Let me ask you, Vergil...why do you want this 'power'? You know why I want it..to set things right. But what's your motive?" Silver asked, standing back up. His clothing was slightly tattered; a large gash where his wound was.

"........I don't need to answer a worm like yourself." said Vergil in his demonic voice that his Devil Trigger form had given him before both charging at and locking blades with Silver.

Silver summoned Oblivion just in time to indeed look blades with Vergil. "I will win, then. If you think so low of others, then you underestimate them." Silver muttered, electric power flowing from his hand, to his blade, and finally reaching Vergil's own sword.

"I never said that i underestimated them, rather, i just find you yourself in particular weak, so far your just dragging this match on to no end and so to end it, i will kill you if i have to." said Vergil, as he started to both power up and overwhelm Silver a little.

"Maybe you didn't hear me." Silver said, pushing back with his own energy, "I'm not gonna give up." In his other hand, Oathkeeper appeared.

"Together, Light and Darkness form the Twilight Lightning! Indignation!" Silver yelled, leaping backwards. As he landed, and charged onwards Vergil, electricity streaming off of him.

Vergil mearly rolled around his Yamato Katana that had in doing so managed to absorb Silver's electricity which Vergil had then added to his Devil Trigger form's power.

The electricity faded, Silver sighed. His couldn't keep the form up any longer.

"So, you absorb electricity. Even when I'm just simply me, it can't hurt me either." Silver said brandishing his blades.

"I will fight you with my blades. Will you do the same, blade against blade?"

"........" Vergil said naught a thing before deactivating his Devil Trigger form and then in turn sheathing his Yamato Katana whilst turning around slowly and saying to Silver the words "Hmph, in the end, all you can do is throw words at me, tch, your not nearly on the same level as "He" is." said Vergil, as he then left Silver behind whilst obviously giving up the match to him.

"I refuse." Silver said, looking down, "I simply will not let it end like this. I want to either lose an accept my mistakes, or win and move on." Silver looked up to Vergil.

"You call yourself strong; on a different level. Then show it. Beat me. Show that you have the power to do anything." Silver's cocky smile returned, suddenly no longer interested in winning or losing.

"........Very well then, you leave me no choice, you should have just kept your mouth shut while you still had the chance because now....you will feel the true strength....of, a son........OF SPARDA!!!!!!!!" shouted out Vergil, as suddenly, did the giant blue demon surrounding Nero in Devil May Cry 4 had appeared before attaching itself to Vergil and giving him the exact Demonic form of his late father the Dark Knight Sparda.

Silver wasn't afraid. His smile simply grew as he readied his weapons.

"Yes! That's it!" He yelled, his own energy returning to him. His weapons sparked with faint energy, and he braced himself for the oncoming onslaught.

"Ace, you may be wrong. Silver is losing energy. Hopefully he won't be the first one to end up dead in this arena." Yuka stated, watching Silver closely. 

'Thanks Neena. Sorry.' she thought with a slight smile. 

Upon gaining his father's form, did Vergil also gain a copy of his father's sword the Force Edge which Vergil uses by first transforming it into a scythe and then swinging it right at Silver whilst using telekinetic like powers to do so.

Neena came out of her corridor into a large city. She was amazed at the amount of technology. She'd been to worlds with semi-advanced tech, but this place was extraordinary. She walked through the streets in a daze. All she could do was stare in wonder at the various amazing things all around her. She breathed heavily and focused. 'All right. I need to find that man and kill him.' she thought to herself. She shot a grappling arrow up a tall building. It hooked onto a ledge, and Neena began her ascent. She jumped from rooftop to rooftop, a shadow in the early dawn. The city awoke underneath her, revealing even more extraordinary things. She continued on her way, until she reached a massive skyscraper. "Gotta start my search somewhere." she muttered, before running and jumping. She grabbed a small ledge, and broke a window under her. She dived in, and began to hear a loud screech. "An alarm" she cursed herself for being so stupid, and began to run.

Silver turned, slamming Oblivion into the ground, whilst holding Oathkeeper as a protective block. When the scythe struck, Oathkeeper was knocked out of Silver's hands, yet Oblivion kept Silver steady. This is it, sis. It's all or nothing. I ticked off this guy, so I either win or lose now. I truly don't care, but I can't let anyone down. He thought, rising with Oblivion in hand.

"Twilight Thunder!" Silver yelled, bluish lightning heading straight for Vergil, but curved, heading for the scythe instead.

("It went for my weapon instead!?") said Vergil to himself inside of his head whilst watching what Silver was doing to Vergil's Force Edge.

 

(Im going to bed now, talk laters.). 

The lightning surged up to Vergil's weapon, and Silver hoped ti would course through it. Silver closed his fist, imagining in his minds eye that all of the energy would become pent-up, trying to move from such a confined space to somewhere with less resistance.

"Burst." Silver murmured, opening his palm, and using his minds eye to make all of that energy sudden explode, the energy free to let lose a massive current. Silver fell over, using his Keyblade to keep himself steady.

"....Ha....ha....ha....ha...." painted did Vergil who had managed to survive the blast but just barely thanks to equipping his Beowulf's both Gauntlets and Greaves.
